"and.. that's the last." you heaved to yourself, clapping your hands together to get off any dust or dirty that could be on them.

looking up at the sky, the moon shined brightly in the middle of the sky, like it's own spotlight. the sky looked very nice today and the weather was nice as well, soft cool breeze, not too cold not too hot.

"y/n! you ready yet?" you heard ayu call out from inside the store. "yes! i'm coming!"

quickly walking back into the store, you flung your jacket on and grabbed your bag.

"did you turn the alarm on?" you asked ayu to which she happily nodded back.

"my friend is actually coming here to pick me up, i think she's here already actually." ayu informed you.

"ohh i see, you can go first! i'll lock up so don't worry." you smiled, motioning her towards the door.

"thank you so much, y/n! i'll see ya tomorrow!" the girl smiled before walking out of the store as you watched her body disappear behind the doors.

a small sigh left your lips, digging around in your purse to find the keys.

today was an interesting day to say the least. in all honesty, he's been on your mind the whole day. for some reason, you realllyyy wanted to see him again. no specific reason really, you just have this weird feeling.

finally finding the keys, you walked towards the light switch and switched off all the lights before stepping out of the store and locking up.

from the corner of your eye, you saw a familiar figure standing. you froze slightly before snapping your head around to see no other than him. tachibana naoto.

"tachibana-san??" you stuttered out, not expecting his presence to be here, not that you minded anyways.

"hi." he greeted awkwardly, turning his body towards your's.

in most cases, this is really fucking creepy. but there's exceptions of course, and this was one of those.

"uhm what are you doing here? it's pretty late." you tilted your head, confused on why the boy might be here.

he paused for a second, looking to the side before turning back to you. "i was waiting for you."

"for me? is there something you needed?" you questioned once again.

another pause from the boy.

"no, it's just late and i thought a girl walking alone so late at night was dangerous." he replied, a small blush visible on his face even in the dark.
