Chapter 15 - Gossip

Third person's PoV

Jisoo sat at the long table, surrounded by her people. The atmosphere couldn't be describe as calm because of the constant cold stares the woman gives to the screen in front of them.

3 new victims are found not long after the last incident of an attack. The poor victims was taken and imprisoned in an abandoned warehouse where rouge vampires sucked their blood dry for days. They even let them live, feed them so that they can last for several days.

"Fucking shits" Jisoo hissed. She knew a lot of vampires that survived and lived until today despised the human kind. But she thought they eradicated those bastards. How come there's some still left.

"What are we gonna do?" Beomgyu asked. "the media are getting involve."

"I'll call my brother and will try to navigate the media to made it seem like it was done by a normal person and not by a monster." Jisoo stated, fishing her phone out and going out.

Before she exited the room, she turned around and looked at Beomgyu.
"Choi, go with Kang and trace the last vehicle seen in the crime seen. Ask help from the District 3 hq, Yoongi-oppa will be able to help you"

Beomgyu nodded and together with Taehyun, they get to work.

A ring sounded from a dark room, a figure groaned as he paused the drama he is watching.

"Seokjin-oppa" Jisoo said from the other line.

"Oh. Jisoo-ya? You haven't contacted me since forever, I'm hurt. What's the problem." Jin fake hurt talking to his sister.

"Oh come on, I talked to you last Christmas. And this is urgent" Jisoo rolled her eyes even tho she know the older wouldn't see it.

"Christmas was like 8 months ago. You only contact me when there's something wrong." Jin said.

"have you heard about the incident?" Jisoo cut through the chase. Seokjin paused and sit up from his laying position on the couch.

"What incident?" He asked. The phone get silent for a few seconds until sounds of keyboards are heard.

"I'll send you through email." Jisoo said from the other line. Seokjin got up and opened the lights of his office, he turned off the drama that he's watching and proceeded to go through his emails.

Clicking the most recent email received, he scan the documents and sighed.
"They're at it again huh?"

"Jisoo-ya, I'll do what I can do. But I won't promise anything because this news probably reached the stations I couldn't handle anymore. But I'll try forging it into a more believable lie" Seokjin explained.

"thank you."Jisoo said.

" Sure, just be careful too. I have a bad feeling about this. "Seokjin said before dropping the call.

The male looked at his screen, he's worried about the organization as well as the possible victims that might get caught in this.

He's just wishing everything will turn out better tomorrow.

Sunghoon and Jake sat on each side of Sunoo, the younger feels comfortable but the constant bickering of the two was starting to annoy him.

"Ramyeon was better with Spam" Jake said rolling his eyes.

"It's better with meat. Protein is important you uncultured dog." Sunghoon was gritting his teeth. The started arguing after they eat Ramyeon and Heeseung forgot to buy the add ons. So he asked the two to buy some, but Sunghoon and Jake came back with two different ingredient. One with a whole bad of spam and the other with a whole bag of meat.
