The room was so minimalistic yet pretty I had to stop and take a picture.
"Woah..." Rosie chuckled. "It may not be a villa but it is pretty nice."
The room was extremely simple, somewhat small yet pretty spacious from what I was expecting. It had a bed, a beautiful window which led to a small balcony, a pretty large desk and a closet. Many might find it pretty boring and nothing special but I thought it was beautiful. The view was nice and the atmosphere was calm. Different. I liked that.

"Why don't you unpack your stuff and get yourself comfortable, I'll go finish studying and then we could grab a drink and get to know eachother? If you'd like." She smiled.
"Oh, I would love that! I'll be quick."
Rosie chuckles "Take your time." and leaves in her side of apartment, closing the door which is separating our rooms.
I quickly grabbed my phone and texted Lanie.
Ava: Hey! I came, finished all the paperwork and am in the dorm room!!! (12:05 p.m.)
Lanie: Omg Ava, send pics what are you waiting for??? (12:08 p.m.)

Ava: Isn't it?? (12:11 p.m.) Ava: 😘 (12: 11 p.m.) Ava: Have you decided anything yet? (12:12 p.m.)
Lanie: A, I haven't even decided what I wanted to eat for lunch lol (12:15 p.m.) Lanie: There's still plenty of time for that. (12:16 p.m.) Lanie: Anyways, who's your roommate? What is she like?? Is she nice? (12:16 p.m.) Lanie: Do I have to pack my stuff and smack a b***? (12:17 p.m.)
Ava: Chill 😂 (12:19 p.m.) Ava: She's super nice, her name is Rosie and I think you'd really like her. (12:19 p.m.) Ava: We said we're going to grab a drink later, I have to unpack first. (12:20 p.m.)

She never fails to make me laugh. I shake my head and put my phone down on "my new" bed. I lay my suitcase and kneel down slowly to open it. The first thing I take out are my skates. I'm so glad I was able to take them with me. Otherwise I'd have to buy new ones and with my allowance that would basically mean starve to death for 3 months. Although, I could use a diet to be honest. I mean I'm not fat it's just that I've always had this belly bump which as a biologist I am aware is my uterus but if she could like maybe get smaller a bit I'd be more than thankful. Anyways, I took out my skates and put them down beside me, I'll figure out where to put them last. I proceeded to take out my clothes and neatly place them in the closet. Once I took everything I put out, I notice something under the dresses Lanie had made me pack.
