Chapter 1: I don't like them

Chapter 1.

Hi my name is Addie, I'm an ordinary person living her best life in the greatest city on earth: New York Baby!!! I am a Nurse working in ICU in one of the biggest hospitals in the city, and my life couldn't be any better. I'm 25 at the prime of my life, although I'm single, I'm not really looking for a relationship right now, cause one they're just a problem to my life and second I'm already stressed out if my shipped couples are ever going to get together and get married themselves. It's good to note that I like BL. (Ahem MewGulf, BrightWin, KristSingto, JaFirst to name a few )

I've been working really hard the past few months so I've decided to go on a two week vacation starting next week and visit my friend in Los Angeles, I'm looking forward to this vacation so much, nothing's going to ruin it.

It's already 5 am, I have to get ready for work and I just wanted to check the news on television and who do I see, the faces of 7 people who I hate. "BTS this, BTS that ah the world doesn't revolve around them!" I said while waiting for my toast to finish. Well there goes my day, I hope it's not too busy at work today cause my mood's already ruined.

~SOMEWHERE IN SOUTH KOREA~

A group of boys were getting ready for their flight to America. They just wanted to go and just tour around the US for a few days, just to destress from all the work they've been doing. And their first stop was New York. As they were getting ready, Jin suddenly said he was hungry and asked if they could eat outside for barbecue. Jin, " Hey guys, I'm quite hungry, can we eat something Korean since we'll be gone for a while? I know, how about samgyeopsal? " A voice suddenly emerges from the kitchen saying " I don't know Seokjin hyung, won't it better to just rest for now since our flight is tomorrow morning and I don't really want to get drunk."

Jin who really wanted to go out retorted with "Who said anything about drinking Taehyungie??? We're just going to eat." Rolling his eyes Taehyung rebuts with " Yeah right, with you and Jimin there, it wouldn't be long till alcohol is on the table." Jin, "Well Taehyungie, think of this as training to build up your alcohol intake cause, what if the future Mrs. Kim likes to drink and you can't join her?" Jin said as he wraps his arm, while the rest were in the living room on their phones the maknae joined  in the conversation while playing on his on his phone "Seokjin hyung you just want to drink, and I don't really think Taehyung hyung will fall for an alcoholic" Taehyung removing Jin's arms around him and sits on the massage chair, Jin pointed out to Jungkook "Not an alcoholic Kookie but someone who has high tolerance and likes to drink every once in a while." Jin then stands in front of all of them in the living room " So about dinner, what do you say? Samgyeopsal? JEBAL!~" but sadly the request fell on deaf ears, trying once more but through the leader this time. 

"Namjoonie come one I know you want to, convince them for me" sighing Namjoon said "How about just ordering pizza Jin hyung?" pouting, Jin stomps his foot like a toddler saying "No! please we're going to the US tomorrow, and we can order all the pizza we want there, I want something Korean pleeeeeaaaase" almost begging with his hands clasping together. Having a really good point, the members just sigh and agrees to eat out like how the older requested. 

 ~At the restaurant

"This was a good idea, having to go out, so how about we order a bottle of soju?" Jimin asked the group, wanting to drink a bit, and as Taehyung predicted Jin agrees to it enthusiastically, but was retorted with the leader by saying "Not a good idea, we have a flight in the morning, and I don't want us having bad hangovers tomorrow at the airport especially since it's going to be a long flight." while the two were frowning they were met with nodding heads from the rest of the members. "Awww come on hyung one bottle, I promise just to cheers and wish us all good luck tomorrow."  Yoongi not really wanting to deal with drunks later that night said " Why don't we just cheers with our sodas and and iced teas and drink at the hotel when we're in the US?" earning a nod from the members except from Jin and Jimin, "but-" the two tried to argue, "No buts, no drinking tonight" this time coming from Hoseok also not wanting to deal with drunkards later that night and a bad hangover in the morning. Knowing full well a bottle will eventually lead to several bottles. 

"Ok let's have fun this vacation, and please don't cause any trouble. We begin promotions next month. CHEERS!" said Namjoon cheerfully, with glasses clanking each other, followed by a loud unison of cheers from the members, laughter and stories filled the night. They had to return to the dorm before midnight for their flight at 0800 AM at Incheon International Airport.

~Back in New York

Addie's POV

Well that was a tiring day, I enter my apartment tired and just wanted to wash up and get ready for bed. I look at the clock saying 0800 PM. I wash up and get into my PJ's, they're Winnie the Pooh, they're soft and really cute. I fix myself a cup of tea and play some soothing Jazz music and just relax. Ahhhh its times like this that I really love. I check my phone, to just see what's going on with my friends, and lo and behold as I open the IG story of one of my best friend's it's those 7 again, apparently their at the airport going somewhere for all I care. I mean I love my friends but I really can't stand those seven, they're so arrogant and their immature fans are so toxic on the internet, can't even appreciate other artists and their music. 

I scoff at the story concerning them, continuing to scroll through my different social media accounts and reading some mangas here and there. I am a silent anti fan, I don't want to engage with their fans, specially them. The world is so big, confident that I won't get to cross paths with them in this life time anyway. Looking back at the  clock it says 1050 PM, feeling sleepy as well, I turn off the music and lights, and went to sleep. Thinking that at least next week I'll be in LA. 

~The next day

"Hello New York!" Jungkook screams as they get outside the airport, filled with reporters and fans. They get into a van and head on out the hotel. Not having enough energy Yoongi suggested to get a cup of coffee first at any local coffee shop, their manager seeing the members quite tired, asks the driver to go to one. Their manager comes along every now and then with the members even on their vacations so that they could all bond together and strengthen their bond. The driver parks at a local coffee place saying it's one of the best places in town that serves coffee. Getting all their orders, their manager tells them to wait in the car and he'll get their coffee. While inside the coffee shop the manager could see very few people. 

As he was ordering, he was approached by a man with a hat and a mask from behind whispering "Hyung can I also get a pastry with my coffee?" startled, the manager looks over and notices the man as Kim Seokjin, not wanting to disrupt the peace of the coffee shop due to the presence of a member of the greatest boy group in the planet at the time, he agrees. Ordering everything from the counter, the barista tells them to sit anywhere first as they prepare everything.

As they were sitting, Seokjin was playing a game on his phone, when a few minutes later, he sees a woman running through the doors clearly showing that she's running late, and appears to be a regular saying at the shop saying she'll have her usual. "Woke up late today?" the barista asked, "Yeah, slept a little later last night, but don't worry if I run I might be able to make it in time, but I told the unit that I might be a tad late hehehe" the woman exclaimed but still smiling, a few minutes later she gets her coffee, and thanks the barista, saying " Thank you Sophie, you're a life saver! I love you mwa!" and blows a kiss towards the barista, and the barista likewise says she loves her and tells her to go to work. However, the woman was looking at her watch, not hearing the barista scream "Addie watch out for-" It was too late as the woman bumps into a man, none other than Kim Taehyung. Jin seeing all this gets up and try to fix the situation, knowing full well that there are people who get violent at this situations. 

Addie got up looking at herself with spilled coffee, just thinking 'good thing it was iced' sighing knowing that she will really be late now. As she tries to absorb the situation, and just thinking she needs to get to work and thinking she has spare scrubs in her locker. A hand is offered to help her, hearing the words of "I'm sorry, let me help you please" she grabs the hand that was reached out not looking at the man who offered it.  Thanking the man, Addie says she's alright and turning around to face Sophie telling her that she's sorry for the mess, but Sophie appears to be stunned. 

Confused; Addie looks behind her to see the faces of the 7 men she never wanted to cross paths with. They lowered down their masks, to show great concern for what happened. And all Addie could say in her mind was " You have got to be kidding me. "
