*hey guys! Okay, so first I want to say that I am starting to do pictures when I post a new chapter. Second, I am so so so so so so so sooooo soooooo sorry that I haven't updated for like three months. I have been so busy lately because my school had its play recently and I was in it. And I had a main roll so I had a lot of practices. Also, school is really tough rn. We had like 5 tests in one day, we had like 3 projects due, I have finals coming up, and on top of all of that I play softball. My life around this time is really busy. Like I barely get any time to breath. So once again, I am soooo soooooo sooooo sorry I haven't updated. And once summer comes around, I will update a lot more often. Natalie's POV.
Ever since Mr. Smith told Nash and I about Caroline, I haven't been the same. Like not just me, Nash too. Like we don't hang out a lot any more and every time I wave to him at school he just ignores me. We do text but it hasn't been the same. Like on text he acts like nothing ever happened and he is really nice and sweet but when we are at school, he acts like I don't even exist. Also, he has been talking to Caroline too and it is starting to concern me. Like I always see them walking in the hallway together and I have to admit, I am staring to get jealous. But after all of this, I can't take it any more. Tomorrow is the day before spring break and I am going to tell him how I feel. Not on text, in person. I hope this goes well.
*next day*
I woke up to my alarm and got out of bed. Since today I am telling. Nash how I feel, I want to get a little outside of my comfort zone. So when I got up, I took a shower. Then I blow dried my hair, then put it in a French Braid, and I got dressed (hair and outfit in picture). Then I did my makeup. Like I said, I am going out of my comfort zone. I don't like wearing a lot of makeup so, I am going to wear more than usual. So, I put on foundation, blush, eye shadow, winged eye liner, mascara, and lip stick. After that I brushed my teeth and went downstairs to get breakfast. I cut up straw berries and got some blue berries. With that I got out some yogurt and put the straw berries and blue berries in it. I mixed it up and ate it. After that, I got on my shoes (in the picture. Srry you have to go back) I grabbed my book bag and walked out the door. Just to my surprise, Nash was walking out of his house to go to school too. This is my chance I thought to myself. I walked right passed him like I didn't even see him and I could feel him starring at me. I started smirking when I felt his eyes travel to me butt. I was a few yards away from the school when the feeling of Nash starring at me stopped. I looked back and noticed Nash with Caroline but something was different, he had his arm around her. I could feel my face heat up with anger. I should have known that he would do this sooner or later. I mean come on, a guy that hot and perfect has to have that one thing that makes them different than they seem. When I got in school I heard a bunch of guys start whistling and I just rolled my eyes. When I got to my locker I heard my friends started calling me over. When I got there, I saw Nash and some guy fighting. Everyone was chanting "fight!fight!fight!fight!fight!" I couldn't believe it. I didn't know why they were fighting but I just wanted it to stop. So, I ran in the middle and went in between them and screamed "STOP". "No, that jerk was gonna try to steal you away from me" Nash screamed "Well this jerk is acting like he doesn't even care if someone steals me away from him" I scream pointing at Nash. There were a bunch of ooos from everyone in the hallway. "What are you talking about!?" Nash said shy. "You know what I mean. You've been ignoring me and you've been hanging out with Caroline since what happened at your house." I said trying to hold back tears. By the time I finished the crowd faded. "Do you know how much it hurt? To have someone you care about so much tell you that they love you than just ignore you and act like you aren't even there?" Nash stayed silent. "Well I'll answer that for you, it hurts a lot. It feels like you closest friend betrays you. And if you don't want to date me than you can just say so." right after I said that Nash's eyes widened just about how much they did when we found out Caroline was pregnant. "Natalie, I never thought that. It's just that ever since what we heard, I felt like I should've been nicer to Caroline because I am the one who got her pregnant. I love you, and I always will, but know that I've been nicer to her she is acting like we're a couple again. You know how moody she is, if I say that i can't hang out with her anymore, she will probably kill me." Nash said. "Ya Nash, you're right, than after she kills you, you will get on a unicorn and fly to Australia." I said sarcastically. "I'm serious" "Well you didn't have a problem with breaking up with her did you?" Again, Nash stayed silent. "I'm not going to believe any of your excuses Nash. Bye." With that I walked away and went to my locker. When I got to my locker I felt someone starring at me. And just to my surprise it was the guy Nash was fighting with, idiot. So I walked up to him and gave him a smile than right when he was about to put his arm around me, I kicked him in the place where the sun doesn't shine and he fell to the ground. "Next time, get a hint the first time someone tries to shut you up" I said and walked away.
*skip to after school*
I didn't see Nash in any of the classes we had together. But I just brushed it off. I was almost at my house when I stepped on something. It was a letter and it read follow the flowers while you walk in your shoes, they will guide you in the direction you should choose! My first thought was Nash trying to get me back but I haut went along with it. So I followed the flower peddles and it led me to my front door. But when I opened the door I saw a sigh that said I'm so sorry Natalie. I love you to the moon and beyond. I covered my mouth in shocked as I saw Nash come out from a corner with balloons, a teddy bear, and chocolate. I started to tear up a bit. As he walked out. "I really hope this changes your mind Natalie. I live you and I hope you know that." As soon as he was finished I ran up to him and put my arms around his neck and kisses him. "I love you too Nash. I forgive you." "Good. Now why doing we watch some tv?" "Ok." I said agreeing with him. We went up to my room and turned the tv on. I watch the news in the morning so that was in already but something shocked both of us. We saw a story about a girl who tried to commit suicide. And the girl, was Caroline.
