Information: He's very smart for his age, on par with Gaster in some aspects. He knows more about Souls and how they work than any Human currently living on the surface in his city. He did his own research on Souls and discovered a few things that not even Gaster knows. He knows his own limits and never pushes them unless absolutely necessary. He actually tries to avoid using his Soul magic all together because he's done some pretty bad things in the past because of it.
