Chapter 4: That Warm Feeling

Momo Yaoyorozu couldn't sleep.

Not with a 7-year-old on her chest and her cru- her classmate Shoto Todoroki sleeping less than 3 feet away, in a sleeping bag on the floor. She had been staring at him for what felt like 3 minutes, but in reality was 3 hours. His two toned hair complemented his dual personality, one side being firey and pumped up like she saw him at the sports festival 2 years ago, and the other cool, calm and collected, the usual Todoroki. His round yet sharp jawline also built on Momo's view of him. Then Shoto's eyes opened a little bit, saw Momo and inquired, "Yaoyorozu, why are you staring at me?"

"Hmm? O-oh, sorry Todoroki. I was just thinking." Momo replied, giving off a little shiver because of how cold it was.

Todoroki noticed this and stated "You look cold. Do you want me to warm you up?", not realising how weird that must sound to Momo, being the usual socially awkward Todobroski he is.

"A-actually, that would be nice..." Momo responded to the Ice and Fire quirk user. Wh-what am I thinking??? You can't just let your crush hug you!! Momo thought, but allowed Todoroki to nuzzle his chin into her and activate his fire quirk at a low level, as not to burn Momo but to keep her warm. The creation quirk user looked down at Eri in her arms, curled up asleep with her 2 last braincells finally calming down.

Momo felt a slight movement behind her and felt a weight lift off her side. She knew it was Todoroki, and didn't want him to move but she knew he would want to get up now. Momo opened her eyes and saw 3 people. Eri, Uraraka and Deku, all three awake, and Eri still in Momo's arms.

"Care to explain why you, Todoroki and Eri were cuddling Momo?" Uraraka asked slyly.

Blushing, Momo responded, "W-well I was cold and Sho- I mean Todoroki noticed so he climbed onto the bed and gave me a hug..."

"Well, now that Todoroki is gone you can explain some things. One, do you like Todoroki, 2, why, three, why haven't you asked him out yet?" Deku asked.

"Ok. 1, yes, two, I get a warm, fuzzy feeling when I'm around him, 3, because I'm scared? I guess?" Momo responded quickly.

"That's not enooooouuuugh!" Eri complai- wait, Eri's awake?

"Good morning Eri! Do you want to go and get some breakfast?" Momo diverts quickly again, eager to get away from the conversation about her and Todoroki.

"YEAHHHHH" Eri shouts.

"Then let's go!"

"Waaaaaaaait... Song from Mr Deku again please!!!" Eri says.

"Alright, fine."
