The Demon Bodyguard [Miss Kobayashi's Dragon maid x Reader]

Episode 1 - Great, a dragon

NO POV

The view cuts to an apartment complex early in the morning, just before an alarm goes off, earning a groan.

"Ugh... five more minutes..." a voice groans from the couch, this voice belongs to a red haired human, who's name is-

"Miss Kobayashi, if you sleep any longer you might be late for work-" Spoke another voice, Y/N, the demon bodyguard, who was currently dressed in a red t-shirt, which had an image of a demon skull on the front, and blak pajama pants, as Miss Kobayashi requested he dressed more 'casual'. He was currently making coffee, as Kobayashi often was cranky after hangovers, the only cure being stomach medicine and coffee.

The scene changes to a green dragon flying over the city, the apartment the demon and human are located in, seemingly trying not to be spotted by the humans below.

Back to the apartment, Kobayashi is seen walking out of her room, now wearing a suit instead of pajamas.

"I really need to start coming with you on your "harmless drinking party's"." The demon stated with a sigh.

"It wasn't that bad, Y/N." Kobayashi replied, as Y/N handed her a cup of coffee and stomach medicine.

The dragon is now flying over two maids from a Cafe, who were handing out flyers, the dragon looks down at the two, and continues towards it's destination.

"Man my lower back hurts.." Kobayashi groaned, while Y/N sighed, shaking his head, thinking back to the night before.

Kobayashi was now sitting at the door putting on her shoes, while Y/N was standing a little bit back, while Kobayashi mumbled something about work to herself.

"Have a great day at work, Miss." Y/N stated a small smile, on his usually blank face.

"Yeah, sure, I'll see you later Y/N.." Miss Kobayashi replied, before opening the door, revealing the dragon from before, causing her to freeze in shock, before the dragon roared, as she quickly slamming the door.

"Wait- was that a dragon? Here?" Y/N asked, now standing next to Kobayashi, he had never really gotten to see dragons up close, as demons often didn't associate with other beings, Y/N was obviously an exception, otherwise he wouldn't be here.

An imaginary creation that breathes fire, flies, and sometimes uses magic.

Kobayashi then opened the door, revealing a female, seemingly about Kobayashi's age, and dressed in a maid costume, the same one from the Cafe, with a tail and horns

Or so I thought...

"Good morning Miss Kobayashi!" The dragon maid greets, not yet noticing the demons presence.

"Good morning." Is all Kobayashi says I'm response, causing the demon to facepalm.

"May I come in?" The dragon asked, as Y/N turned around and walked back into the building

"Yeah sure." Kobayashi responded, as herself, and the dragon walked inside.

"So we met yesterday and I offered to let you stay here? That'swhat I said, right Tohru-San?" Kobayashi asked, while
Y/N was leaning on the wall next to her, and he put up a finger.
