Annabeth's POV

I climbed out of my car and left my purse and cell phone in the car. I went to greet Scarlett with a hug.
"Hey you ready?" I asked.
"Yep." She replied. We walked down the a path that led straight into the woods, It was night time and quite dark. "Are you sure it's a good idea to go in here at night?" I questioned with a bit of worry.
"It'll be fine. People go walking in these woods at night all the time." Scarlett replied.
I shrugged my shoulders and followed Scarlett walking down the path. It was a foggy night and it was a bit dark, except for the moon which shone threw the clouds. I looked around for a moment and then noticed how far ahead Scarlett was, I then walked faster to catch up. "So how's work?" I asked walking beside her.

"It's ok, some patients really get on my nerves. Like today I had to take this old mans temperature and some blood samples, and then he got mad and threw a spoon at me." She said swiping her arms in front of her.
"Dang, that sucks." I replied looking down at my feet.

"I feel like I'm being watched by a ghost or something," I added
"like today while I was doing my work I had my headphones on, and this was right after I finished talking to you. This high pitched sound started screaming into my headphones. I removed the headphones immediately but I could still hear the horrible sound. I covered my ears and ran into the break room, it stopped but then the lights were flickering and it got really cold in the room. The door was shut stuck and I couldn't leave, but then a worker came in and it all stopped. I didn't know what to think of it. Has anything weird happened to you?"

Scarlett stopped walking and stood still.
"In the locker room, I heard a noise coming from the bathroom. I thought maybe somebody was in there, so I went to see If they were ok. I walked in and like you said 'the lights were flickering and it got really cold' I tried to leave but the door was stuck. I splashed water on my face and this... Horrible looking man with blood dripping down his face stared at me with fire in the background. I felt like I was in hell looking at the devil. I screamed and ran out." Scarlett had explained with fear and a shaky tone. I came closer to her and put my hand on her shoulder. "Don't worry, we'll figure this out together." I said with a smile. Scarlett looked up at me and gave me a hug. "C-mon, let's finish our walk." I said walking onto the path beside Scarlett.
Scarlett had a smile and hope on her face.

"Hey I'll be right back." Said Scarlett backing into a the trees.

"Where Ya going?" I asked.
"Lady business." She said, then disappeared into the woods.
I chuckled and sat down on a nearby bench waiting for Scarlett to come back. I sat there for about 10 minutes still waiting for her to come back. I started getting worried, so I called her name.

"Scarlett! Are you ok?"
I got no answer back. I looked up in the sky and noticed a storm forming. I could hear the wind moaning threw the trees giving me an uncomfortable feeling. "Scarlett come on let's go!" I yelled again but there was no answer. I started getting worried as the wind picked up more by the second.

I felt a few drops of cold rain on my face as it started to drizzle.
I heard a snap somewhere in the woods and thought it was Scarlett. "Scarlett please let's go!" I yelled with a slight pinch of fear in my voice.
I had a strange eerie feeling that something bad had happened to Scarlett. I crossed my arms trying to get warm as it got colder, I looked side to side trying to find Scarlett.
Then out of the blue I heard a loud murderess scream.
"AHHHHHH!" I looked straight into the woods at where I heard the scream. "Scarlett!" I yelled and trotted closer to the woods. Right as I was about to run into the woods I felt two arms grab me and cover my mouth. "Ahh!" I screamed sounding muffled. "Shh shh shh shhhhh!" I heard a mans voice as he held me tight.
"Hey hey its ok, its ok." I heard him say slowly releasing me. He turned me around and looked at me in the eyes, "Are you ok?" He questioned.
"No! No I'm not! My friend is out there in the woods alone! She could be hurt or something now let me go!" I yelled trying to struggle out of his grasp. He held me even tighter and started trying to calm me down.
"Hey it's ok," He said " I'm Sam, what's your name?"

"Really your asking me a question like that now?" I said looking straight at him with a confused look on my face.
"Ok I know I know, bad timing.. Ok you see that guy over there." Sam said while pointing at a man a few feet away from us.
"Ya, what about him?" I asked
"He's going to get your friend back." He said comforting me.

I wriggled out of Sams grasp and walked towards the other guy.
I looked up at him dead in the eyes, "You will get my friend back," I paused for a moment
"won't you?" I felt a tear coming down my face hoping I would get an appropriate answer back.
"Ya." The man said cocking his gun.
I backed away coming closer to Sam. "Don't worry." Sam said looking down at me.

Deans POV

"Sam, take her back to the car and then meet me back here."
I said strapping weapons onto me.
Sam nodded and escorted the girl back to our car.

After getting prepared for a possible fight I waited for Sam to return.
It was about a minute or so when Sam came running back out of breath.
"You ready?" He asked arched over with his hands on his knees catching his breath.
"I'm always ready." I replied.
I threw Sam a couple of weapons and trotted off into the woods. The wind was strong and it started to rain.
"Hello!" I yelled trying to find the girl "are you in here!"
I had no answer back.
We continued to look around calling for the girl. "Hey! Are you in here!" I yelled once again but this time getting a holler back.
"Help me! I'm over here!"
I looked at Sam and we both took off running.
I swiped the branches away from my face to get a clearer path.
"Where are you!" I yelled.
"Help! Help! Help! It's got me!" I could tell that we were getting closer to the girl by how close her voice was. Up ahead there was an open spot, but right in the middle of it was an old broken down creepy house. There was clattering going on inside and screaming.

Scarlett's POV
I tried running upstairs but wherever I went it would follow.
"Help! I'm in here!" I yelled again with my hands cupped over my mouth. I grabbed a bat that I found on the ground and held it close to me. The thunderstorm did not help with what I was going through, I felt like I was in a horror movie waiting to die. All of a sudden I felt it grab my neck and pushed me against the wall choking me.
I tried to hit it with the bat but it didn't help.
I grabbed my throat dropping the bat trying to ease the pain. I could feel my lungs bursting in pain, I couldn't breathe.
I started loosing conscious until two men came into the room firing a gun. I dropped to the ground and started coughing.
I could here the thing screeching in pain, music to my ears at the time knowing that it was hurting.

It continued screeching until it disappeared, it was gone.
"Are you ok?!" Said one of the guys coming closer to me.
"Who are y'all?" I asked hoarsely while stroking my throat.
"I'm Sam and this is Dean. what's your name?" He asked.
"Scarlett." I said.
"Can you walk?" asked Dean.
"Ya, I can walk," I said pulling myself up "is it...dead?" I asked brushing myself off.
Sam and Dean looked at each other then looked back at me.
"No." Said Dean "it may come back, but we don't know for sure."
I closed my eyes an rolled them on the inside.
"Why is it after you?" Dean questioned.
"Look can we just get out of here please! I don't want to be here!" I yelled not wanting to explain.
Sam and Dean escorted me out of the house and into the woods.
We walked until we found ourselves back on the path walking to the car. I was soaking wet from the rain and shivering.
Dean took his jacket off and tried to cover me with it.
"I'm fine." I said with my arms crossed. Ignoring me Dean generously slipped his jacket onto my shoulders.
Not wanting to be rude I cuddled the jacket and felt warmer.
"Thank you." I said strapping the jacket around me.
"Your welcome." Dean replied.
We continued walking until we found ourselves back to the parking lot.
"Scarlett!" Yelled Annabeth running towards me.
She wrapped her arms around me and picked me up. "Oh my god! Are you ok?" She questioned with worry.
"I'm ok." I said hugging her back.
I took the jacket off and handed it back to Dean. "I wanted to thank y'all for saving me." I said with my arms still crossed.
"Your welcome." Sam and Dean said in unison.
"Do y'all have a have a place to stay?" Annabeth asked.
Sam and Dean looked at the ground and shook their heads side to side.
"If y'all want y'all can stay at my place." Annabeth said politely.
"Oh we really couldn't..." Said Dean kicking the ground.
"Are you kidding? You guys saved my friend! I wouldn't invite y'all if y'all hadn't done what y'all did." Annabeth said making a point.
Sam and Dean nodded and walked closer to Annabeth.
"Thanks." Said Sam
"Don't mention it." Annabeth replied slightly nodding.
And not before long we all got into our vehicles and left the park heading to Annabeths house.
