Author note.
I will finish this story no matter how long it takes me. I just haven't had motivation to work on this story lately but i try. Im also working on a different story right now but its a big work in progress.

I also seriously need to stop wasting my own time with social media and stuff like that like... girll... 🌚

Ill try to get back to a normal updating schedule (preferably every week) soon.

Anyway. On with the story now!

(Still 8 years ago)

I slowly started waking up. I felt so warm and comfortable. I can't recall the last time i was so comfortable in my own-

Wait.

This isn't my bed.

And im also still wearing clothes...

Hold up. I rememer now. This is y/n's bed, she asked me to stay with her last night. And now shes sleeping here next to me. Wait, i should get up and make her breakfast. No wait, a bath... YES perfect Satoru, that might be nice and calming. And while shes in there i can make us breakfast. Megs too, he will probably want to help me.

Slowly i got up and changed into some more comfortable clothes. Today is sunday, its unlikely we're going anywere anyway. I then went to the bathroom and turned on the hot water, letting the water heat up before putting a plug in the drain. I then looked for some bathsalts i know she has a big bottle of and put them in the bath. I had lit some candles and picked a bunch of herbs like rosemary and lavender from the garden. Truth is, the way the bathroom now smells is just like her. The bathtub was full now so i turned off the water and went back to her room where she's still sleeping peacefully.

Well.
Time to wake her up.

'Y/nn wake uppp, i made you a bath!'

'Mhh huh? That you Satoru? What did you say?'

'I made a bath for you, so wake up and get in it'

'Ohh, thank you'

She slowly opened her eyes, for a small second looking into mine and then back down to the ground. She visibly struggled getting up, so i decided I'd just carry her out of her bed. Instead of yelling at me, the thing i expected her to do, she just snuggled into my chest. I put her down on a chair i had put in the bathroom to leave her some clothes on, and decided to go make breakfast now.

'Now go undress and get in the bath, im going to make us some breakfast okay?'

'...'

I sighed. She was looking down to the floor and it didn't look like she was planning on moving anytime soon. That bad huh?

'Cmon y/n? Need me to help you undress and get in or something? No? Didn't think s-'

'Sure'

'Wait what? A-are you s-sure?'

'Yes i don't mind if its you Satoru, thanks for helping me'

And so i started with taking off her clothes, and then lift her up and put her in the bath. I then left to make breakfast. Me and megumi made a bunch of pancakes, which is something she loves. It was about half an hour after i put her in the bath and now breakfast is ready so i went to the bathroom to go get her. She had me take her out and help dry her off and when she had some comfy clothes on we went to the kitchen to eat our breakfast with Megumi.

After breakfast she insisted on helping me out with cleaning up. She ended up just wiping the dinnertable clean while we did the rest, but its fine because its a big step anyway right now.

The rest of the day she didn't do much either. She read a few pages of the book she was reading, watched the emperor's new groove with megumi, cause thats her comfort movie for some weird reason, and watered the plants. I also managed to get her to eat both lunch and dinner, even though she said she didn't feel like eating a lot she ate plenty, thanks to me making her favorite foods.

After we put Megumi to bed she was visibly tired. So i decided it was probably best to put her to bed too. She said she was fine and wasn't sleepy yet but the nonstop yawning and sleepy eyes said otherwise, which made me decide to trow her over my shoulder and carry her there.

When i put her down on her bed she almost instantly fell asleep, almost, cause she decided to pull me onto the bed with her and made me sleep next to her again before. Soon we both were asleep.

This thing became our new normal for atleast a week. Then she slowly got better.
