Waking up the next morning i felt better than i ever had, i was actually looking forward to the school day and most of all seeing Gray. Today was Thursday which meant that my parents both got paid and i think i was going to ask for some shopping money. Every other time they have to give me money for clothes or i wont even bother getting new stuff because once again i never really cared about how i looked.
Once i hopped out of bed i took my phone off the charger and seen that i had a text message from Gray, seeing this made me giddy like a little kid. I put my password in and that messgee automatically popped up and it read:
Gray: Good morning beautiful, hope you slept well. Can wait to see your face at school !
After seeing that i knew today was gonna be a good day and it had barley just began. Feeling over joyed i decided to pull some more of my untouched clothes out of my closet and try them on. Once i had my finished product on i was wearing a maroon mid sleeved shirt with a chunky off white infinite scarf, a pair of light skinny jeans from American eagle and white converse. After getting dressed i decided i was going to try something new with my hair and make-up. So after 45 minutes of curling my hair i brushed the curls out to give it a bouncy wavy look. Finally i moved on to my eye shadow, and i tried the smokey eye look that Jessica showed me yesterday and i have to say it turned out better than expected.
Making my way down stairs i found my parents in their usual spots drinking coffee at the island in the middle of our kitchen. They both looked up smiled when they seen how i was dressed, especially my mom.
"Well Paisley this is the second day in a row that you've added a little more flavor to your usual outfit choices. I must say you look great !" My mom said smiling from ear to ear
"Yes, you do look great sweetie." My dad said standing and kissing my cheek.
"Thanks, i thought i could try something new. I have a quick question. Can i have some money to go shopping with after school ? I think i wanna get a few new things." I said looking at the ground because i could already feel my mothers enthusiasm.
"Oh yes you can ! Here you can just take my card and bring it back when youre done with it okay ?" My mom said excitedly pulling out her card and handing it to me.
" Thanks Ma, ill bring it back when im done. Im going right after school so if i don't come home right away, thats where i am. But im going to be late for school, love you guys and thanks again for the money mom." I said as i was walking out the door to get to my car
When i first got to school i went straight to my locker to get my books for first period. As i was about to close my locker i seen a male figure walk up and i knew right away it was Grayson. I closed my locker to look at him and he was smiling at me with that lazy boyish grin that i loved so much.
"Hey there gorgeous ! How are you this morning ? You look sexy as hell by the way." Gray said leaning against the locker next to mine.
"Oh im doing great, but thank you i thought i would make my Ma happy and wear some of this stuff she bought for me." I said smirking at him
"Well she has great taste because you look great, not that you didnt before, because your skater chick style before was totally hot but i like this too. Can i walk you to class ?" He asked sweetly
"Of course you may sir, although i dont think all of these angry girls watching us right now will like that very much." i said looking around at all of the girls staring daggers straight through me, i didnt care though so i shook it off and started walking with Gray to class.
