you were panting now, out of breath 

but no matter which way you went it wouldn't go away, the creepy giggling hiding in the dark, it was like it was following you everywhere you went, getting closer and closer even as you gained speed. suddenly you tripped and fell to the ground, your knees grazed onto the concrete, your phone skidded across the hard ground. the light went along, face up, it kept going into the darkness, when all of a sudden a figure appeared into the light; their foot blocked the device from going any further.
