'How could this be? How could I— what?!' Jordan couldn't let her mind rest. She had been playing with June the whole day, from tea parties to saving the princess from her tower. June's mother had tucked June to bed minutes before hand and Jorden was finally left with just her thoughts.

"This has to be a joke. Or a fever dream. Or maybe I'm high on something!" Jorden paced the little girls room, a little disheveled by her current predicament.

"Good job on your first day!" A voice said from behind Jorden. She whipped around and saw a short women with white wings, folded to fit inside the sparkly room. "Normally newbies would freak out and would have to be sent to the Academy of Imagination." The winged women held her clip board back a little and began writing in what seemed in be beautiful script.

"What do you mean newbie? And what do you mean about first day?!" Jorden gripped her hair. "Is this not a fever dream, or, whatever?!" She was extremely confused. The first minute she was walking to her dorm after her last class, the next she's entertaining a child. Once that child was asleep, the next second, a angel appears!

"I'm sure you've figured it out by now, since you were able to not freak out once you woke up." The angle held her clip board to her chest. "You, my dear, are an imaginary friend."

"You can't be—" Jorden took a deep breath and closed her eyes, she relaxed her body and quickly came to terms with her situation. "What happened to me?" She asked after opening her eyes again.

"Wow, you really did handle this quickly. Very impressive, very impressive indeed." She began writing again. "And for what happened to you, that will be shared on a later day. We must get you to the Academy to fully explain your role and possible get you a set of wings," The women her hand to the side of her mouth and whispered, as if someone was going to over hear her. "Wings for the Academy graduates is only given to the valedictorian of the graduating class. Of course you can earn them later but, the valedictorian gets a head start with their wing by eating a pair when the graduate."

"Woah..." Was all Jorden could say before her wrist was grabbed by the angel. "Come on! We don't have all the time in the world! June will wake up in twelve hours, we must make haste!" She stretched her wings around both herself and Jorden.

"Wahhh!!!" A bright light flashed and they disappeared from the pink children's room.
