You and Magnet are both just sitting in D tent. the rest of the boys were either still digging or in the rec room. you both doing your own thing. You turn to Magnet who was spacing out. "I bet your not a good kisser I bet I'm better."
"What did you say," he said in a tone.
"I said, I bet you're not a good kisser," you say in a cocky tone. He smirked but was still somewhat spacing out. You were determined to prove that you were better. It annoyed you that Magnet wasn't giving you 100% of his concentration. You walked over to him a sat next to him. "what are you even looking at" you say.
" There's a scorpion and a rattlesnake out there." You look out across the lake.
"I don't see anything." he rolls his eyes and places his hand on yours. Lifting up your hand he points. " if you squint you can see them"
"oOH yeah, I see them now" He puts his hand down. you looked over to him "I still think your shit at kissing though."
"Oh?" he says turning to you. " you keep on saying this it makes me wonder if you just want a kiss." my face turned red
"i- uh- just saying that I would be a better kisser than you." just before you get another word in Magnet cupped your face and kissed you on the cheek. "still think that I'm a bad kisser" you were too flushed to say anything. you just lent in for another kiss. " sorry for doubting you." I get up to leave "Wait - y/n."
"Yeah, do you want something?"
"why don't you stay here for a little longer," he said while turning his head to look back out to the lake. "ok love bug" you go back to sit with him.
