Carters kid?

Well it's been a month and a half me and Carter are going home for the summer away from the facility. I'm really gonna miss it. Me and Carter are still only friends nothing serious has happened through the months. We're on our way to Carters now. I walked through his all familiar doors and set my suite cases in his room. I layed on his bed to take a nap. "Katie get down here there's someone I want you to meet" I walked down the stairs and saw little suite cases laying on the ground. I saw a little boy that looks just like austin sitting on the couch. "This is my son Braden" I looked at him and said you have a kid? "yea he is almost five" Carter responded "he's adorable" I said I started to play with Braden while austin made him Mac m cheese. I stared into Braden's eyes and started to dream about how me and Carters kids would look. "Katie hello" oh sorry I was just idk. I looked at Carter " sorry what did you say" Carter said he will be staying for a week and call me austin around him that's what he knows me as besides daddy. Ok i responded. "Who's his mom"?"some stupid druggy bitch. He lives with my mom she gave me full rights" Carter said oh was all I said. This was a lot for me to take in. It isn't safe for a child to be living with is considering our life style. Carter smiled and kissed me. I was token back from shock. Katie we can be more than friends you know.
