The sky was a dark purple, clouds parting to reveal the crescent moon that shone down at the center of the event: Yoghurt cream.
He had always been spoiled and favoured, receiving plentiful gifts at all occasions, but Yoghurt was specially excited when his birthday came around each year;knowing that the people of yogurca would bring him the finest of things to please him on his special night.
Yoghurt stretched and yawned, laying on his rug as his usual spirits fanned him on the warm evening. His lamp had laid a silver platter of various fresh fruits on the rug next to Yogurt, which he insisted on being fed.
A long line wound around the entire plaza in front of the mansion, each person bearing gifts: yoghurt was the center of the attention, and was loving every moment of it. He smirked, looking at all of his shiny new treasures before dismissing the previous guest who brought a gem that wasn't as exciting to him as he had hoped. "Ah~" yoghurt closed his eyes and opened his mouth, dramatically motioning for the lamp to feed him another grape. The lamp sighed, complying.
"Ha-happy birthday, Yoghurt cream-!!" A merchant dressed in brown robes, adorned with lapis and Opal gems greeted, handing their small gift to yoghurt.
Swallowing another grape, yogurt flicked his lavender hair, before sitting up and opening the box.
The box contained a small rose quartz stone that was carved into a python, it seemed to have flecks of gold inside the actual crystal, which seemed to entertain the prince.
"Oh uhh.... Yeah, I can make room for this ,I suppose!" Yoghurt shrugged, tossing the pink crystal into the pile next to his rug that was held up by various small spirits that shone a light blue. "Next!" As yoghurt gleefully called, he couldn't help but feel disappointed that Lilac was late. He was hoping to spend time with him, and also wished that he'd be here to help him take all of his new treasures to add to his collection in his pile in the mansion. Nether the less, he sighed, looking back up at the next guest, before whispering to himself under his breath "just where is that boy..."
