I did an "XD" face and jumped into the water, after a few minutes of swimming I found the gates of Atlantis.

Anchor is an anthropomorphized angler fish with light green hair, cheeks, skin, horns, gills, and blue sailor outfit. They use a long lure with spikes and a microphone as an appendage.
