Love On The Beach

To The Beach

I put my bag in the car and hopped in the passenger's seat. My friend, Max, git in the driver's seat and my other 2 friends, Lily and Josh, got in the back.

"Everyone ready? Did anyone forget anything?" I asked.

"We got everything." Max said.

"Yep." Lily grinned. She kissed Josh, her boyfriend.

I smiled and said, "Let's go then!"

Max started the car and we started our from Alabama to Florida.

"Can we stop and get some snacks?" Lily asked.

"And take a bathroom break?" Josh asked.

"Yeah, sure. That's  a record. Usually we stop like 30 minutes into the drive. It's been 2 hours since we started driving." Max said as he pulled into a gas station.

"Ha! That is a new record." I grinned. I got out of the car and walked into the gas station. I bought a pack of waters and lots of snacks.

We got back in the car and started eating.

"Oh my gosh! Look! Look!" I pointed to a sign. It was for my sister's dog breeding company.

"It's the That your sister's company?" Josh asked.

I nodded. I took a picture and sent it to her.

A while later, I fell  asleep.

"Bailey! Wake up!" Lily said. "We're here!"

I opened my eyes and yawned. We were in Florida.

"Wow! It's so pretty." I rolled down the window and breathed in the salty Florida air.

"This is going to be the best beach trip ever." I smiled.
