Chan:
After being together for so long, you really didn't have anything in mind that you wanted him to get you. So he just went with something simple.

Since he was working most of the time, you have always been left with youngsu. Although Minho always helped when he was home, he wanted you to have time for yourself. So he ran you a bath, and let you have alone time while he took care of youngsu.

Changbin decided to rent a beach house for a week so you, Daeun and him could spend time together without having to worry about his parents just dropping in without notice

Hyunjin:
Since the twins take up all of your time, and you haven't had time for just the two of you. He got his parents to take the twins then he took you out for dinner, because he missed spending time with just you and not having to worry about the twins interrupting

Jisung:
Jisung decided to rent a hotel room and got his mom to take kyungwon. Time away from the baby was much needed, not that you didn't love him, he was just constantly in need of you two and you needed a little break and some "alone time" with your husband.

Felix:
With both of your parents living in different countries and the rest of the boys workings, you couldn't leave the twins with anyone. So Felix made a little home date so you could still be close to the twins.

Seungmin
Neither of you wanted to do anything big, because with Heeyoung being only a few months old now, she still needed to be near both of you. So he decided to get some chocolate fondue and just spend time together.

He realized that even after 6 years of being together, you had never had a date outside. So he decorated the backyard.
