Chapter Nine

Third POV

Narcissa Malfoy looked at her letter in shock. As in her jaw was literally dropping from the rest of her head. She was first shocked realizing it was from her Gryffindor cousin, secondly it was giving her a way out. "Cissa?" she heard. Narcissa turned and saw her husband looking at her in concern. "What's wrong?"

"I have a way out," Narcissa said. Lucius looked at her in shock, "You do?"

Narcissa nodded, "Sirius and James Potter are giving us a way out, but I need to send them an untampered memory of you doing some oaths," she revealed.

"Why oaths?" Lucius asked.

"Easier to view and less variables. As Sirius put it, it'll force you to admit things on your free will. Any sign of hesitation before an oath he will divorce us. Something also about the woman he and Potter are now in a relationship with," Narcissa explained.

Lucius got out his wand, "Okay."

"State how you became a Death Eater and if you had the opportunity to not be one, would you take it?," Narcissa said.

"I, Lucius Malfoy, swear on my magic that I never wanted to be a Death Eater, I was forced into being one and would willingly not be a Death Eater, so mote it be," he declared. He casted a Lumos and his wand lit up.

"What is your stand on blood purity?"

"I, Lucius Malfoy, swear on my magic that I do not support blood purity and I am willing to look more into the history of muggleborns, so mote it be," he declared. He used Lumos again and it lit up.

"Are you willing to accept help from Lord Sirius Black and Lord James Potter?" Lucius gave his oath again and proved to be telling the truth.

"Are you willing to form an alliance with the House of Black, the House of Potter, and the House of Morningstar?" Lucius swore on his magic again and was telling the truth.

"Okay that was it," Narcissa said and an elf grabbed a vial for her.

"Actually, grab another one," Lucius said. Narcissa looked at him with a questioning look, "You give your point of view, I'll give mine," he said. She nodded and took out her memory while he took out his and they sent it to Sirius and James.

Andromeda Tonks looked at her letter, also in surprise. Ted walked in with their nine year old following behind. Neither Andromeda or Ted have slept well, worried they would be attacked. "Andy?" Ted called. Andromeda looked at her husband, "I got somewhere we could go," she said. Ted read the letter, "But your sister?" he questioned.

"If they sent one to her, they gave Lucius an ultimatum, Death Eater or Family," Andy said. While Sirius was a Gryffindor, he was still a Black, they knew loopholes. "We should take it," she said. She was happy to see her husband was nodding in agreement, while Nymphadora was wondering what was going on. "We're going to a safe place," was all she was told. That and her Uncle Sirius would be there.

James had peaked in to where Sirius was still dealing with the shocked Regulus. Sirius looked turned to look at him and James held out two vials he knew contained memories, "Reggie, I gotta go do something very quickly, I'll be back," he told his brother. Regulus nodded slightly, he was back to looking at his blank arm again and Sirius left the room. James and Sirius were surprised that Lucius actually sent his point of view and verified both memories were not tampered with and they watched. Amor was actually verifying her own way by checking the oaths were in fact made.

Sirius and James left the memories and replied to Andromeda, James would send a Patronus letting them know when their floo was open. Amor had come back confirmed the oaths were made, so they sent something to the Malfoy's.

Amor entered Regulus' room, "Who are you?" he asked. He remembered there had been a woman and it did not sound like look or sound like Lily Evans who he would've assumed had been there if James Potter was here. That was the woman he saw with Sirius before he passed out and ended up here. "Amor Morningstar," she said. She saw his eyes widen, "As in—"

"Yes those Morningstar's, my siblings and I are the actual Seven Deadly Sins. We have mates, I have two and they are Sirius and James. If you hadn't figured it out, I'm Lust," Amor said as she checked his bandages again. She was allowing him to start walking and they came down the stairs, briefly hearing Sirius send a patronus. Regulus sat down as the floo came to life as Narcissa and Lucius with little Draco came out. "Regulus?!" Narcissa exclaimed she was about to hug him but Sirius stopped her, "He's injured and in shock, is your manor shut down," Sirius told an angry Narcissa and directed the last bit towards Lucius, keeping his calm composure. Narcissa look ashamed seeing some of the bandages Regulus had sticking out, and the fact he was paler than usual and looking around, especially between Narcissa and Sirius in shock, but Lucius with fear. Narcissa saw the black haired woman lean down and whisper something in Regulus' ear and he relaxed a little bit. Lucius had simply gave Sirius a nod, a bit surprised by the question. He was surprised Sirius would ask if he shut down the Malfoy Manor, putting it on lockdown. Nobody really noticed James sending his own patronus.

The floo flared again and Andromeda and Ted appeared. Narcissa and Andromeda were just staring at each other, "This is when you hug and reunite," Amor repeated her earlier statement.
