(Next day vir came in panchayat office early in the morning and called contractor also…he came with his workers….)

Vir : (serious) aaj shaam tk manne wo khandar ki zameen bilkul saaf chahiye….taaki kl se kaam shuru ho sake….(contractor nodded…) theek hai jaa…(and he left….then vir see one panch came with some papers…both greet eachother)

Panch : (normal) mukhiji..aapne jo ladkiyon ki padaai ke baare mein kahaa tha…ye lijiye…un sbke naam..jo apni betiyon ko school naa bhejte…aur kaam kraate hain….

Vir : (see list and find 30 parents…) in sabhi ko kahiye…aaj 1 bje mere ta aakr milein…manne abhi ek kaam hai…mein aa jaaunga…(panch nodded and he left)

(Soon vir reach in his mill premises….where first he met with workers to know their problems….but no one has problem in his rule…then he move towards his cabin…where he find his manager….he sit on his chair…)

Vir : (serious) amit…wo mene jo file bhejne ko kahie thi…kya hua…

Amit : (formal) mukhiji…file bhej di hai…agar ye kaam ho gya…to jldi hi is gaanv mein aurton ke liye rozgaar bhi badega…aur tarrakkee bhi hogi…(vir nodded) lekin mukhiji achanak…

Vir : (take a deep breath) achanak naa…kisi ki ye sab krne ki iccha pehle se hi thi…usi ne mujhe yo sab sujhaya tha….ebb agar humara kaam ho jaaega…to gaanv ki auratein apne pairon pr khadi hongi….

Amit : (smile) maaf kijiyega..mukhiji…lekin kyaa ye sujhaav mukhiyaaniji ka hai…kyunki ye nek soch unki hi ho skti hai…wahi itna accha soch skti hain…aur kr bhi skti hain……

Vir : (see him and smile slightly)  haan…yo meri bawari ke alawa aur kaun soch skta hai….wo khud se pehle doosron ke baare mein sochti hai…usi ne gaanv ki aurton ke liye rozgaar bdaane ki baat ki thi…taaki wo aatmanirbhar ban sakein…aur apne khilaaf ho rhe atyaacharon pr ye sochkr chup naa rahein…ki agar awaaz uthaai ko kahaan jaaenge….(remind her face) meri bawari aisi hi hai….doosron ke baare mein khud se zyada hi sochti hai…

Manager : (admire) bahut khushkismat hai aap mukhiji…jo aapko itni acchi patni ka saath mila hai… jinhein naa sirf khud aage badna ataa hai…blki sabko satah lekr chalna bhi ataa hai…(vir smile) mein chlta hoon…(vir nodded and he left)

Vir : (open his phone and look purvi's picture) bawari…ab jld se jld tu mere paas hogi….mein poori koshish kr rha hoon…ki tujhe ebb koi shikayat ka mauka naa doon…(then he got a call…and he left from there)

(He reach panchayat…some villagers are there…vir sit on his place and see them…)

Vir : (loud) dekhiye…meine aap sabhi ko…ye kehne bulaya hai ki aap sab apni apni bacchiyon ko school bhejiye…wo is gaanv ka…is desh ka bhavishya hain….to aap unhein padaaiye…

Villager : (join his hands) maaf kijiyega mukhiji…lekin hum thehre gareeb…yaa to hum apna kaam krke ghr chlaaein…yaa to inhein pdaaein….ek hi kaam ho skta h…to hume ghr chalana zyada asaan lga rha h…

Vir : (getup and loud) aaj se sabhi ladkiyaan school jaaengi….kisi ki siksha m koi kami naa aaegi…. Gaav ke vidhyalaya ka trusty mein bhi hoon…aur aap sabki mukhiyaani bhi…to humaari taraf se gareeb bacchon ko siksha kam se kam Fees m di jaaegi…aur kuch kota muft bhi hoga……ek hafte baad baccho ki ek pariksha hogi…taiyaari karaaiye…(villager say thank you to him and vir left from there)

(Like this he do more things which purvi want to do for villagers and village…first he do work for girls….he make sure that they all get education….then give work to women in his mill…also expand NGO to make more employment….then he ask contractor to do work soon….he is more busy with his work…sometimes forget to take food…he usually meet dinkar…who give him guidance….what he should do…he doesn’t care of himself….but someone is there who always take care of him…secretly send food for him…send juices for him…also ask any known about his medicines…he knows that who is that…but always loose to take her glimpse….)
