The Calm Before the Storm

Today I'm going for a check up for the baby. I sigh and go find an outfit. I slide on leggings and an over sized top. I pull on high top converse. I pull my hair into a bun and go downstairs. "Dumbledore has allowed us a full day off" said George. "Thank god!" I said. We go and have breakfast in the Great Hall. Afterwards we walk to the hospital wing. 

"Miss. Black, Mr. Weasley this way please" said Pomfrey. I nod and we follow her. I sit on the bed. "Obviously I will let your hear the heart beat by magic but I do know how to do a muggle scan" said Pomfrey. I smile and lie down. She whispers the spell and smiles. "A strong heartbeat, Miss. Black" said Pomfrey. "Thank God!" I said. Soon, she begins the scan. I smile when we see the baby. "Wow, he or she is big" said George. "Your only 14 weeks and when your 18 weeks, we will find out the gender of the baby" said Pomfrey. I smile and she prints off the picture. "I love muggle technology for this, more fun" said Pomfrey. I smile at myself and we leave. We go to the common room and sit on the sofa. I lie down and place my head on his lap. He leans down to kiss my forehead. I smile up at him. "I love you, George" I said. "I love you, Kenny" said George. "It's weird, we will have a mini me or mini you" I said. "It will be, I want to be the best dad ever" said George. "We're gonna be parents" I said. "I know. We do have to plan for next year when I graduate and you go to sixth year" said George. I sit up. I sigh. "I want to bring him or her with me but you need time with the baby, so maybe we could ask Dumbledore to come back for the year and my final year" I said. "We can, I'm sure he'll say yes" said George. We share a kiss and go to the Great Hall for lunch. 

I sigh and grab a bowl of soup. I take some bread and smile at George. "Your bump is getting bigger" said Harry. "Yeah, our bubs is growing" I said, smiling. "I can't wait to find out the gender" said George. "I bet you can't" said Ron, stuffing a ham sandwich in his mouth. I smile when Hermione walks inside with Ginny. They walk over and sit down. "How's the baby Weasley?" asked Ginny. "Good, healthy" I said, rubbing my bump. Ginny smiles and takes some soup. 

Afterwards, me and George go to the library. We sit down and do some homework. I smile at George when he looks at me. "I can't wait for our baby to be born" said George. "Same here, we're going to be a family" I said. He smiles and kisses me. I smile and lean back. "Ugh.... I can't wait for this year to end" I said. "Same here" said George.

SKIP TO MIDNIGHT

I wake up to Ginny shaking me. "Come with me, all the Weasley's are asked to go to Dumbledore and Hermione" said Ginny. I nod and stand up. I look down at my tank top and pyjama bottoms. I sigh and grab a pair of joggers and a hoodie. I sigh and we go to his office. George looks at me and walks over. He hugs me. "Harry had a vision or saw what happened. Dad was attacked by a snake, You-Know-Who's snake" said George. I gasp. "Is he OK?" I ask. "His in St. Mungos" said George. I nod. "You can all leave early for Christmas and well, your taking the floor" said Dumbledore. 

We travel to mine and dad's house and dad is standing there. "Your all here, your mum is at St. Mungo's with your dad" said dad. We nod and go to the kitchen. We sit down and he smiles at me. I look down and he smirks. "Do you have a bump?" asked George. "Yup" I said. I pull my hoodie up and he smiles. "My grandchild is in there" said dad. "He or she is" I said, smiling. He smiles and makes tea. 

Once we finish, dad sighs. "Bedtime. George, you can sleep beside Kenny since she's already pregnant" said dad. George thanks him and we go to bed. We fall asleep cuddled.
