Bluebird

Prologue

On November 15, 1986 Stevie Nicks gave birth to a little baby girl. She and Lindsey had hooked up and one thing led to another. He knew she had the baby. He was with her when she had the baby. The little girl was a month early at 4 lbs even. And it had piqued the doctors interest. Especially because, though she was healthy enough to breathe on her own and eat and she was regulating her own heat, she cried a lot and essentially freaked out even though she was only a few hours old. 

It may have been illegal, but the doctor ran her blood and found traces of cocaine in the tiny creatures system. Upon further examination of her parents. Stevie was found to have copious amounts of cocaine in her system. Lindsey had marijuana in his system. The next thing they knew a social worker was taking the sweet little baby from them. Like she literally took the baby off of Stevie's breast when she was breast feeding. 

It was a wake up call for both of them. Lindsey stopped smoking weed and Stevie checked into rehab. When they tried to file for reunification after they were both sober,  they found out that the social worker had to send her to another state because they didn't have room in California. But the social worker, after apologizing profusely and assuring them that the name, Annabel Alice, would not be changed and their names wouldn't be scrubbed from her birth certificate. Stevie was devastated. Absolutely devastated so she turned to the Klonopin which did more harm than good, and Lindsey turned to alcohol. They effectively separated and a mere five months later, Lindsey quit Fleetwood Mac in its entirety. 

Annabel ended up being raised in Salt Lake City, City Utah. Her adoptive father was a Federal Judge and her adoptive mother was a social worker. They cheated the system so they could get Annabel and she was raised as Annabel Alice Bekker.
