A new beginning startles every individual. But the cognition imbibed within one's mini self can be both firm and infirm. When something unusual and exotic happens in our life, our power of thinking gets entangled. We don't understand what to do and what not. Life remains messed in just one confusion. Shivanya's state was just like that. She couldn't even solve herself. But still she went ahead to fulfill her responsibility. After her farewell in her NGO, she left for Malhotras'

An office building must have flexible and technologically-advanced working environments that are safe, healthy, comfortable, durable, aesthetically-pleasing, sustainable, and accessible. It must be able to accommodate the specific space and equipment needs of the tenant. Special attention should be made to the selection of interior finishes and art installations, particularly in entry spaces, conference rooms and other areas with public access. Malhotras'  poses the same features. Ten storey building. Wrapped in glass walls. The building looks brighter when the sun's rays fall on the walls. There is a huge garden - covered with various species of flowers and plants, a big Christmas tree in the middle - at the side of the entrance. The fragrance of the morning and evening blossoms tickles the ground floor's nostrils. A royal opened gate stands there. When passersby pass by the building, they cannot take their eyes off it . Such an art! A busy road in front of the gate. A shopping mall on the opposite side. Transports keep going. Activated Environment!

Our Shivanya took a cab and went straight  to the office. It took 10 minutes. She was also perplexed by the charm of the office. She went inside. As soon as she entered, she stopped at the door. Holy cow! A high ceiling with a sleek silver finish. There is a large reception area against the wall with the name Malhotras' written. The office space looks premium, signifying the blend of style and functionality of the interiors of the lobby area. The ceiling has thin burrows with small in-built lights. The lighting reflects upon the flooring and the walls making it look beautiful. The exterior design was already a shock for her, and now interior art made her go speechless. Somehow she moved a little after a moment. She went to the reception and asked,

"Excuse me."

Tina ( Receptionist) replied warmly,

"Yes, ma'am. How may I help you?"

"Umm. Actually I have been appointed here as the chief in charge of your new sector Belief. Would you tell me where the boss is?"

"Sure, ma'am. Room number 401, Boss's cabin."

"Okay. Thank you."

She went by lift . As the lift crossed the floor one by one, her heartbeat also increased. She felt restless. Finally she reached the destined floor.  She found room number 401. She tiptoed near the door. She looked up at the ceiling and said to herself,

"Hey, Shivji. Give me blessings."

Then she pushed the door.

"May I come in, Sir?"

Inside the room, there were four people. Two of them were investors and the other two were from this office. One person was  standing near the chair of the Boss, dealing with the clients. They may be discussing a project or something else. Shivanya had no clue about that. She stood there silently. The Boss was sitting facing back, so she couldn’t see his face except his hand, resting on the handle, holding a pen. As they all got distracted by her voice, they averted their eyes that way. The standing man told them,

"We will resume this meeting on Monday. Thanks for coming."

The two clients stood up and got out by her side. The man looked at Shivanya and said,

"Yes, come in."

She entered. He asked her to sit. The Boss still was sitting the same holding the pen. The man asked her,

"Are you Ms. Shivanya  Sharma?"

Shivanya nodded and said,

"Yes, Sir."

The man smiled tight lipped and said,

"Don't call me, Sir. If you want, (Gesturing to the Boss) call him that.

Shivanya shook her head. She handed a file to the man. He took it and gave it to the Boss. The Boss taking it flipped the pages. Perhaps, he signed  the man something, so the man shook his head and tended to leave the room. Seeing this, Shivanya stood up, stopped him and blurted out,

"Excuse me? Where are you going? Please tell me what I will have to do. "

"Please stay here and don't worry. Sir will report everything to you."

She sighed and sat down again nervously. She looked here and there. She saw the whole room. The room is no less a heaven! Flawlessly decorated.

A big glass wall behind the Boss, giving a perfect view. The wall colors and flooring are white with a tint to gray, making the room look somber. There are large shelves with glass doors, making it look more sophisticated. Few frames on the walls of nature. There is a chandelier in the center of the room, which is elegant. The white-coloured classical looking sofas on the corner side with a glass tea table add to the beauty of the space. There are two more sofas on one corner of the room and a large cupboard at the back of the place to store things. Simple vases and a plant on either side of a wooden panel protruding from the wall. The combination of built-in and hanging lights and glass windows all around the room. The whole setup of the place goes hand in hand, where everything stands apt for modern office interior design. She discovered one more sliding translucent glass door except the washroom and entrance.

It's been ten minutes. There is no response. Sitting the same, the Boss was just turning the pages of the file. Shivanya was pissing off gradually. She looked at the wall clock again and again. Enough is enough! She stood up and said softly,

"Excuse me, Sir!"

Hearing her sweet voice, the chair turned. The face revealed. Oh God! The same intimidating blurry eyes. She got lost in those eyes. They shared eyelock for some time. They came back to their senses because of the beep sound of the phone. What are you doing, Mr. Malhotra? He cleared his throat and said,

"Yes, Ms. Sharma. Please have your seat."

She felt embarrassed and sat down.

"So, Ms. Sharma, you are the chief in charge of my company."

She lowered her eyes, shook her head, then looked up. Ritik picked up the receiver and said,

"Lisa, conference room, five minutes." (Still gawking at her)

Then keeping it down again, he continued,

"Ms. Sharma. Go to the conference room. I'm coming."

She stood up with her bag and turned to leave. As she stood up, Ritik's eyes shifted down to her lips, chin, neck, chest, and waist. She turned around and moved forward to the door. She was in a fit-and-flare light gray midi dress with short sleeves, and completed with cream stiletto pumps. While walking, her heels made noise hitting against the floor and waist was also moving according to her movement. His tight lips curved into a smile. She left for the Conference room. He too stood up and buttoned up his single breasted dark gray coat.He felt delighted after watching the same color on her. Diva! He shook his head. Then he went towards the cupboard and took out a gift box. He stared at that very deeply, was smiling to himself, and shook his head. He said to himself,

"Something very special is coming to you Ms. Beauty. I have many things to do with you. Just wait and watch."

And he too left his cabin and went straight to the conference room.

Sometimes we cannot even realize the sudden multiformity of our life. The way we spin with the puzzle of life is such a gibberish which sometimes is not our cup of tea. We just keep thinking about ourselves entangled with the unexpected and undetermined situation. Our hearts and minds fight against each other. We cannot anticipate the final result. But we have to walk in the way of life. We must!
