Every aspect of life brings a new destination. Every new destination meets new people, discovers new times. We just need patience. Patience and patience. That's life. It is a success or else it is a waste. No one can move forward by keeping feet in these two boats of life. Either fall or walk. We all are aware that not everyone gets what they want. And this does not mean that we should stop living life. Whatever is happening, we should let that happen. Perhaps this is fate, it was written in the lines of fate. No one can change fate. Our Shivanya is also one of those who think the same. She too has decided to choose working in her lonely life. Whatever be the place, work is work. No doubt in this, Aliya is her life, her only family in this world. But when her family has asked her to look ahead, why should she back down? So she looked ahead.

After Ramprashad left, she again took a sip. As soon as she did, her face changed in annoyance.

"Ick! What a strange taste! God knows what's in it. Argh!"

Somehow she managed to finish her drink. Then she got up saying,

"Ah! Finally, finish! Now, Shivi, let's go to the Boss."

She gathered all the files and left. In the meantime, Ritik saw everything. He changed the screen as soon as he got her coming. He stood up, went to the glass cabinet and took out a file. He again took his seat, leaned backward comfortably. Our beloved Shivanya knocked on the door after a moment. He smirked.

"Come in."

She entered the room. No sooner had she looked at his eyes, they both lost in themselves. They shared eyelock. Two pairs of deep divine eyes shared their innermost feelings. The feeling both of them were unaware of. Shivanya never felt like that before. She is not a girl dating or making relationships with boys unnecessarily. She is so simple and love-finder. She believes love exists and one day it will happen to her. But she is so confused about the feeling right now. Oh God! Why am I feeling restless? Oh, this man! Why can't I take my eyes off him? Why? She was in wonderment while Ritik too was in the same bewilderment. He couldn’t think anything properly. Something, building inside him, churning his stomach, but he couldn't sense it. He just drowned into the ocean of her eyes. Ah! These beautiful eyes. What's happening to me? Why can't I avert my eyes off? Though he couldn’t take his eyes off her, he was the first to break the eyelock.

"Ahem!"

Shivanya came back into reality. She lowered her eyes out of coy. She was searching for words, but was totally speechless. She stammered,

"Umm.. Sir, here is the file you gave me."

She handed the file to him. He took it. He opened the file,  started flipping pages aimlessly just for formality, and could clearly anticipate that she was staring at him. Without looking at her, he asked,

"If you're done with your staring at me, then shall we talk about work?"

As she caught red-handed, she was wondering whether she would clarify. She just opened her mouth to say something about her apology, but Ritik interrupted her, still without looking back at her.

"It's okay. There is no need to say anything. Tell the summary straight away. "

She swallowed and stood there silently. Ritik was just flipping through the pages. Seeing her keeping quiet, he looked at her. He found her eyes bent. Her attractive smokey eyes with big curled eyelashes were constraining him. The most heavenly thing on the earth! His lips curved into a soft smile, and the next moment, he again made a straight face. He coughed a little, and she raised her eyes.

"What happened, Ms. Sharma? Say something. Where is the summary?"

She was still quiet. He knew she had no answer, no summary, yet he wanted her to speak up. So, he raised his voice, but not so loudly to scare her.
