And that's when she said it.
'Oh, sure ! But without any alcohol this time' Jennie said jokingly, giggling and smiling to the cute shy boy in front of her.
Jimin couldn't believe it. He could swear his heart stopped beating. When he realised she actually said yes, his heart was beating again, but fast. Too fast.
He didn't realise he was holding his breath during all that time, until he exhaled with a certain feeling of freedom, as if a huge weight has been removed from his shoulders.
'Is this going to be your first date ?' Jennie asked him. The little boy nodded as she giggled 'You're cute. Don't be too scared, we'll have an awesome time! By the way, should we exchange numbers?'
And that's how Jimin ended up getting his crush's phone number. After setting a date and time for their little rendezvous, Jennie took Jimin's cheek in her hand and bent towards his face, slowly kissing him.
Jimin was first caught by surprise, but he responded to the kiss and enjoyed the sweet taste of Jennie's lips. And it was at this moment Jackson knew, he fucked up (no okay sorry lol, hope you got the ref)
Jimin understood that he would be so addicted to them...---
Today was the day, the day Jimin would have his first date. He was extremely stressed out, more than ever.
He wondered if he should ask Jeongguk to help him, or if he should just try to do everything on his own. Thinking about it, the two friends have been growing apart lately.
Jimin was so in love that he somehow forgot about his friend, so he didn't even have the chance to tell him about his date. The boy wondered if he should feel guilty, but he thought that it couldn't hurt to give Jeongguk some space. He was too clingy anyway, Jeongguk was probably tired of him.
Jimin decided to prepare himself on his own, he had to stop asking for Jeongguk's help, the latter couldn't always be here for him. He had to learn to do everything on his own, it was his date, not Jeongguk's.
He spent at least half an hour to choose his outfit, and panicked when he realised that he did not have a lot of time left before he had to leave his house.
He hurried to the bathroom to put his makeup on. He looked at his outfit, for once satisfied with his looks. he didn't put a lot of makeup, but just enough to not look too awful and to have enough confidence in front of Jennie. He knew he wouldn't have enough confidence anyway, but he believed that makeup helped him.
In the end, he was ready just in time, and very stressed out. He wore a white tee shirt tucked in a pair of black jeans, tightened around his waist by a black belt. He had an oversized yellow check shirt and a black leather jacket that he let open on top of his tee shirt. Of course, he added earrings and rings and decided to wear a cute necklace. He put on a black pair of Dr Martens and a light beanie cap before looking at his full outfit one last time.
He didn't look bad, but he still couldn't look at himself in the mirror. But he didn't have the time to hate himself in front of the mirror again, he had to go to his date. Just when he was about to put his hand on the door handle, his mom passed by and asked him where he was going.
The little boy turned around towards his mother and looked down.
'I- I'm going to the convenience store' He lied, stuttering.
'Jimin, I know you're lying' she replied. 'come on, tell me the truth, please'
Jimin blushed and actually told his mother that he had a date, but her reaction was not what he expected. Before he even had the time to understand what was happening, his dad was running towards the blond lady that just screamed.
