We arrive at the airport 2 hours early (because that's what they want you to do so your not late). Still dark 4:30am usually is but I don't really mind. I like the dark it's Carming. The Hilltop Hoods still blasting through my ears. All I hear through the music is the faint mumbling of my mother asking me something. Me and my mum have never really gotten along very well she just doesn't listen or take notice of me so I've started doing the same to her. I take my left earphone out and look at her with straight dead eyes

"Put your bags on the belt please peri" she asks me. I put them on the belt and watch as the lady at the desk places tags on my bags. Her dark, nearly black hair gets stuck in her red lipstick as she bends over.I take one of my bags off and tell her I'm taking it as hand luggage. She nods and get's back to checking my mother's ticket. Pointing things out as mother asks stupid questions she already knows. Walking up to the little Chinese food stall on the wall I order a chicken teriyaki salad and a cappichino with extra cream and half a sugar.

Bording the plane to Sydney at 6:30 was hell. The plane was full of family's with chindren. Small children :'(. On a 2 and a half-3 hour plane trip that many screaming, crying and whining children must not be good for you. The Qantas food was horrible I'm glad I brought that salad before we left otherwise I would starve. The movie on the plane was some weird show about horses and how there expensive if there trained or some shit but yea it was boring. The landing was smooth and quick. It was cold when we arrived but got quite warm as we started walking around the city. Trying to find the Sydney City Markets was hard enough but as soon as we thought we were there someone told us that the signs are old and that the market moved about 20km from here near the harbour. You could clearly see were the harbour bridge was and buy the Tim we had found it it was pretty much closed. Mum went and brought a btaclet and a juice. Don't know why it took her nearly 3 quarters of and hour. When she got back she ignored my worried look and ran towards a shiny new car with two older people in it. Out hopped an old women with short, curly, red hair and bright blush filled purple cheeks. Giving my mother a sort hug and a kiss on the cheek leaving mother with a red kiss mark on her left cheek. The old lady looking at me with wonder then frowning as mum says something and looks at me with happy yet confused eyes. Its my Nana and Pop.
