i stretched out my arm

"fucking finally"

i finally got my cast off

i heard a laugh behind me

skylar.

we weren't dating officially,

i turned around and smiled

"imagine all the things, my hand can do now" 

i bent my fingers

she grinned

"i can imagine a couple things"

i rolled my eyes

we've gotten closer over the past months

"have a fortune?"

she pulled out one of those cookies from her pocket

she had done some weird things, and this was one of them

"okay, but why was this in your pocket?" i asked

i took it from her and opened it before she could respond

i ate half the cookie and gave the rest to her to eat

i looked down at the fortune

'be my girlfriend?'

i looked at her and she looked nervous

"if you don't want to yet, thats oka-"

i cut her off by kissing her, hard.

"im assuming thats a yes" she muttered into my lips
