The pale glow of morning light danced through Leya's curtains and tiptoed across her sheets before landing gracefully on her sleeping face. Her lids fluttered delicately before opening, the cobwebs of sleep slowly being dusted away. The first thing Leya noticed when she woke was how refreshed she felt, not surprising considering she had slept until 10:00 in the morning, while the second thing she noticed was the savory smell of pancakes and bacon. The latter had her jumping out of bed and racing down the stairs to the kitchen, where she found Molly already setting out a plate for her.

"God, I love you," Leya sighed, hopping up onto one of the barstool chairs and digging in. "Where's Teresa?"

Molly audibly sighed as she sat down in the chair next to Leya, cradling her favorite pink mug of coffee between her dainty hands.

"A client rescheduled unexpectedly, so she had to head out early." She shook her head, before wiggling her eyebrows at Leya. "It's just us today."

"The possibilities are endless!" Leya joked, her mouth half-full, causing Molly to lightly hit her shoulder. If Leya hadn't seen it, then she would've thought Molly had accidently brushed against her, the touch was so light.

"Manners! Don't talk with food in your mouth," the submissive admonished, shaking her head. She never would have had the courage to correct anyone else, but Leya brought out some maternal instinct in her that allowed her to speak out. Leya just smiled, nodding, about to ask her what she wanted to do this fine Saturday, when a knock came at the door. Molly hopped up, pulling her cardigan around her as she left to get the door. Leya sat and continued eating her breakfast, mulling over possible things for them to do. After a minute or two, Leya heard the soft padding of Molly's footsteps as she returned.

"Leya, there's a package here for you," Molly announced, making Leya turn and furrow her brows as the small box was placed her hands. Her eyes widened when she recognized the name on the front.

"It's from Harry," she stated, glancing up at the older woman, before curiously lifting up the top of the box. Her fingers gingerly curled around a handwritten note, holding it up to read, before her eyes landed on what the note covered. Mouth parted, Leya stared at the sleek black device. She heard Molly make a small noise beside her.

"He bought me a phone?" she asked incredulously, even though the evidence was right in front of her, winking in the kitchen light. Shaking her head, Leya turned her attention back to the note.

Dear Leya,

I expect you to answer when I call,

-Harry

The sheer simplicity made her huff. She could practically hear the words coming out of his mouth, as if he stood next to her reading the note aloud. Still, the extravagance of the gift made her heart pound. Gingerly taking the phone out of its immaculate packaging, Leya just blinked and marveled at the sleek design. Of course, it was the newest available model of the fanciest brand. Harry would only have the best for his submissive. When Leya held the device up, the screen blinked on; clearly, he had already programmed it for her.

"Wow," Molly stated beside her, leaning in slightly to get a better look. Leya just nodded wordlessly in agreement, still slightly in shock.

She carefully slid up on the smooth screen, unlocking her new phone, only to find one new message already waiting for her. When she clicked on the Message icon, Leya immediately recognized Harry's name next to the messages.

Hello darling, I hope you enjoy your present. The only thing I ask in return is for you to answer me when I contact you, and believe me when I say that I do not like to be kept waiting. As you've probably read in my file, patience is a virtue I lack. Call me when you open this.
