Raijin shouted to his best friend, Mie was somehow regretting coming with him to the Shibuya knowing his other friends will be coming and will just target him to talk shit again.
They were trying to get out of the Shibuya after knowing there was something bad happening but they can't even leave that easy with the curtain preventing them to leave
"I- I think we should try the other way" Mie suggested, stuttering when he felt the intense stares he is receiving from Raijin's friends
