I Woke Up Like This

He chased me further into the alley until he finally caught up, pushed me to the ground and began slicing my face and arms. As I fought, my head began to pierce and I screamed in agony until he covered my mouth. My bones splintered, my blood boiled and eyes inflamed. Cut after cut blood rushes down my arms and face. I start convulsing and he stops cutting me. My teeth pierces his hand still held over my mouth and he jumps back. The taste of his blood jolts me to life and I'm in full transformation. Rising to my feet, he falls back in horror and before he could run I feast on his flesh.

Next Early Morning

Waking up in a daze his body unidentifiable torn to shreds, my hands smeared in blood and my shirt in tatters. The sun is just coming to rise and I need to get out of here fast before the early birds take over the streets. I take his jacket to cover myself as much as I can aswell as my bags and transform to dart through the alleys back to the hotel.

"Well good morning jeez why'd you burst through the room like that?!"

I drop the bags, run to the bathroom and lock the door.
"Woah! Y/N is that blood?!? What happened? What's going on? Are you okay?!" She said.
"I'm fine everything is fine."

I strip from my clothes, turn the shower on and look in the mirror. How the fuck could this happen? He should've just left me alone! I didn't mean to kill him! I tried to run! My wounds are in the process of healing over, coming to realize I've left blood all over the counter.

"Y/N! What is going on?! Why was there blood all over you?! I'm worried about you!?" She says trying to get in the bathroom.
"Nothing Jade! I'm—I'm okay it's okay. Don't worry!"
"Y/N— Im texting the group chat."

I finish cleaning up and take the trash bag from the can and stuff the bloody clothes in along with an abundance of tissue to disguise the bag.
"You don't need to do that Jade I'll be out in a minute!"
"Too late babes they're already waking up."

The hot water rushes my skin and takes the copious amounts of blood along with it down the drain. Scrubbing couldn't have been enough to clean how horrible I felt inside. The suds gather at the bottom as I step out and dry myself off.
Mike, Georgia, and Diamond make their presence known as they run down the hall to our room door.

"Jade open the door!" Diamond says.

Before they could get the chance to come in I rush out the bathroom, dress myself and hide the bag.

"Girrl what the fuck y'all got going on in here? Y/N whats wrong?" Mike asks.
"Nothing I told her I'm fine."
"Why is she talking about blood then?" Diamond asks.
"She busted in the door and there was blood all over her. I thought she was hurt!"
"Do y'all see blood on me?" I said.
"Biiiitccch. Don't do that." Jade said.
"What? Don't you guys have a flight to catch? I'm fine stop worrying okay?"
"Ugh. Fuck it. I'm over it. I'm going back to sleep though it's 5 am our flight isn't until 2 pm." Jade said rolling her eyes climbing back in bed.

"So I was woken for some bullshit? You guys know I get cranky in the morning." Georgia said flopping on my bed.
"Sorry love. I have a few things to do so you can just have my bed." I said
"Scoot over Im staying in here too." Mike said.
"Jade can I sleep with you?"
"Yeah Diamond it's cool just keep it down. I'm a light sleeper and one of you snores."
"I'm sorry for worrying you Jade. I promise you I'm okay."
"Yeah whatever bring me back a souvenir when you get back to LA. We probably won't be here by the time you get back so kisses and have a safe flight."
"Alright. Sleep tight you guys."

[Daya💋: 6 New Messages]

"Wait do one of y'all have your room key?"

They all sigh in frustration and throw their keys at me.

"Jeez a yes would've sufficed"
"Get out!"  They all say.

I grab my supplies and leave to start making a photo book for Z.

[Daya💋: dude im worried text me when you get this.]

[Me: You awake?]

That photo shoot is definitely one for a keeping. I havent had that much fun in a while. I'm happy I got to share that with her. Nothing to do but pay her back for how much she's helped me so far. I hope she likes it.

[Daya💋: what happened last night??]

Couldn't help but get vivid flashbacks of last night. Though I dont remember falling asleep.

[Me: Nothing I'm okay I took care of it.]
[Daya💋: are you sure? Not sure what that means...did you..Yunno..]
[Me: it doesn't matter really. No need to worry. How's your morning going? Why are you up so early?]
[Daya💋: The premiere duuhh]
[Me: ohhh right right lol. Well I have a lot to catch up on so I'll just see you there okay?]
[Daya💋: Okay I'll text u the address later.]
[Me: cool❤️]
[Daya💋:😘💕]

Those silly emojis somehow are enough to make me blush. I put the finished mini photo book in my bag and grab my purse to go shopping for an outfit to the premiere.
