He guys this is my last chapter before I complete this story.

Toby POV

Today while we are in Italy I have a big surprise for Spencer. I hope she will like it.

We had just landed in Italy and we were heading to the hotel, I made sure it was the best hotel ever. The inside smelt like lotion. It had flowers every where. I had arranged that our room would have flower petals and a balcony.

"Wow Toby oh my god this place is beautiful. Did you do this all for me?" Spencer said

"Of course I did I love you!" I said

"Aww Tobes I love you to. And thank you!" Spencer pleaded.

Spencer POV

This place was amazing I love Toby so much. Some times j think about our future together I mean would er wave last that long. But I know the time will come.

I was going to take a shower when I noticed that there was a balcony that Toby was on. "Omg Toby it has a balcony?" i said "YA" Toby said laughing. I dropped my clothes and ran to Toby. he picked me up and spun me around. I then leaned down and kissed him, so hard that he fell down on the bed. He responded with so much passion back I felt like I was in heaven. Then you know "what happened.

Toby POV

Today was the day that I was planing to ask Spencer to marry me.

I had this all planed out with going your to this fancy restaurant, and I'm buying her a dress and shoes for tonight.

I picked out this white spaghetti strap dress. With red heels. I put it all on a box and closed the lid. I then put it on the bed while she was in the shower.

She then finally came out, wrapped in a towel. she looked hot.

"Hey spence we're going out tonight you are wearing what's in the box."i said pointing to the box.

"Uh ok where are we going?" Spencer said with a smile on her face.

"No I'm not telling you ok beatific you'll have to wait. " I said smiling like a two year old on CHRISTMAS.

She then walked over to the box and opened it. she let out a loud squeal. " Aww toby it's beautiful". She said picking it up and spinning around .

"Go get ready please. I can't wait much longer." I pleaded

"Ok " she said kissing me real quick.

After she was done she looked so amazing, I was going to pass out.

We walked to the restaurant and started ordering. When it was desert time I pointed to a table across the restaurant and when she turned i pulled out the ring out of my pocket and bent down in front of her. When she turned around she gasped.
"Spencer I know we haven't been together for long but I love you so much. I remember the first time I lied eyes on you I could not take them of of you. I remember not being to sleep that night staying up thinking of you the entire time. I just can't wait any longer. tonight how you looked In your dead in heels. I will you marry me Spencer Hastings ?"

"Oh my god if course Yes YES."

I then picked her up and spun her around. then we heard clapping and congratulation. then kissed Spencer as long as I could before I was out of breath. I then slid the ring on her finger. and smiled.

They then lived happily ever after!
