Over the years, Aura had grown, in more ways then just height and behavior.
By 8 years old, he was already going around with Joichiro as Tamako and Soma stayed home.
By 10 years old, he was already known throughout the culinary world as a young prodigy, and was fast approaching that of outside the culinary realm, as he had grown fond of a few 'hobbies'.
By 14 years old, he was already better than most chefs and was on par with the best of the best.
By 17 years old, he had made a name among the culinary realm. Known as the 'Divine Bromo', for he was a passing divine being with who acts like a protective and Fun Brother while at the same time being caring and kind like a mother, as he sat high on the pedestal of the culinary realm.
He had thought over many things when Soma was finally old enough to go to school. Firstly, he wouldn't hide who he was, he was popular and famous among both the regular realm and the culinary world, he knew the pros and cons of hiding, and he didn't want to burden those around him into keeping a secret they needn't worry over, so he was a public figure, known worldwide.
Second, he didn't like the idea of being blackmailed or anything, so he signed up for many things, such as self-defense martial arts, and others. And Third, he would be by Soma's side until he was able to make it on his own through the barren land that is the culinary world, as it was a promise to not only himself, the mother who took him in and cared for him, the father who protected him, but to Soma - his precious little brother. He, of course, knew that in life, there are many paths, some change, some stay the same, while others are full of twists and turns that lead to many things. Life. Destiny. Fate. The world is many, all in one, and he had many paths to choose from. He wouldn't pick just one though. After all, he has plenty of time to observe the scenery before him as well as help others along their ways. Life is a wonderful thing, just with a bunch of twists and turns.

.Aura had been devastated when Tamako had died. She had died from a congenital heart valve defect. In simple terms, she had died from a kind of heart failure. She had fell while working alone in the diner for opening and hit her head on the corner of a counter. Soma had found her like that, as Joichiro and Aura were out. They had taken her to the hospital, but unfortunately, she had passed away a month later due to complications. Not without a last talk to her 3 males, though.

.Aura was humming to some music in his earbuds while he chopped up some vegetables and put them in a pot. He was making one of his specialties, 'Sweet & Spicy Curry'. He had already prepped most of the ingredients before, so now he was just adding the vegetables, meat, and potatoes to the sauce and then would let that cook for a bit before playing it with the rice he had finished cooking and set aside.
Just as he finished stirring and lowered the heat to low, Soma had came back from hanging out with his friends.
Aura turned around and smiled at him, "So-Chan! Welcome home! Otou-san should be back in a little bit, he had to take care of something." As he said this, he walked towards Soma, and pulled him into a hug with a kiss on the forehead.
"Hey, Au-nii-sama! I'm home! Mmkay, what's for dinner?!" He asked as he hugged Aura back then pulled back to look at him with excited eyes that made Aura let a small laugh out at.
"I'm making my Sweet & Spicy Beef Curry. Go and get cleaned up, I'll call you when it's ready." He smiled at him as he turned back to go finish the food. Soma nodded in understanding and went to go clean up.
Joichiro then walked in, looking a bit winded, but like something good was gonna happen. He went toward where Aura was and ruffled his hair. "Hey, Kid! I'm home! Curry smells real good~"
