“Well your mind yeah, your body no. with your meds, they make us disappear and cause you to forget everything about us and yourself it’s the same routine.” Rose replied watching Tyler, tearing up.
“Rose you know it’s not all that bad to forget everything that happen the day before. It just means I get to start fresh everyday literally.” I told Rose, she just looked at me with tears in her eyes, “Rose what’s wrong?” her dark grey eyes filled with tears.
“Nothing never mind. Micheal do you think that maybe um….” She started then looked down
“Maybe what Rose?” I asked.
“Nothing never mind Micheal, forget it.”
“Are you sure?” I responded.
“Yeah I’m positive.”
“Ok Rose.” We sat there in silence, pure and utter silence, except the footsteps of Tyler pacing till one of us finally spoke.
“I got it, I got it. I know a new way to scare you!” Tyler smiled at me.
“Ok Tyler that’s great.” Rose replied with a sad soft voice.
“Rose are you OK?” Tyler asked walking over to her wrapping his arms around her and embracing her into a bear hug, then pulling back to see her beautiful greys filled with tears, his eyes darted over to me. ”What did you do?!” the rage in his voice grew more and more every second. He walked over to me yanking me off the bed Tyler lifted me up by the collar and asked again more forceful “WHAT DID YOU DO TO ROSE!?!?!” a growl came from the bottom of his throat as his eyes narrowed turning from emerald green to a flaming scarlet red. Clenching his teeth his teeth he threw me back on the bed and walked back over to Rose to try to get her to stop crying. Tyler picked her up and held her (bridal style), I watched as she laid her head on his chest tears still streaming down her rosy red cheeks. “shh its ok, its ok.” Tyler stated assuring.
“Tyler I did nothing wrong, I promise.” I responded watching Tyler rock her, tears still streaming down her face, looking down tears forming in my eyes; I walked over to the corner watching them. They looked like a cute young couple. I was jealous, I was all alone, nobody to hug, to wrap my arms around, nobody to cheer me up when I am sad, ugh I HATE romance! I turned to face the corner, my nose touching the wall. “OK Rose...”, still turned away, “I’m sorry for whatever I did. I didn't mean to upset you.” Rose wiped the tears away from her eyes and the stray ones on her cherry, red cheeks.
“It’s OK M-Micheal.” She replied stuttering, walking over to me. She put her hand on my shoulder and bent down next to me, turning me to face her. Her grey eyes still shimmering with tears, hugging me she patted my back wiping away my tears.
“Are you s-sure R-Rose?” I replied tears still in my eyes.
“I’m positive Micheal” she replied smiling. She hugged me tight and helped me up off the floor. Tyler watching my every move, I looked at Tyler.
“Do you think he is going to be mad at me for a long time?” I asked her.
“No he doesn't hold grudges he doesn't have enough patience too.” Rose told me smiling her once red grey eyes now shimmering and shinning with happiness. I smiled back walking over to my bed.
