A loud Earsplitting Shriek Echoed off the walls of the Waterclan Nursery, Where A Brown tabby she-cat,named Leafbreeze, Was kitting.

" Your doing great Leafbreeze!" mewed Berrybramble, trying to help the tired queen; Leafbreeze wailed. This was the first time she had kitted. And the first time was always painfully. Already, Three kits layed at her belly suckling and drinking milk not knowing the painfully process their mother was going through. "Push!" Berrybramble yowled Leafbreeze closed her eyes tightly as a new,huge, wave of pain exploded through belly and pushed with all her might,moaning softly in pain. "Maplepaw!" Berrybramble yowled. A small tortoiseshell tom popped his head in "Yes, Berrybramble?" The Medicine cat Apprentince asked "I need you to bring me some Honey,Poppy seeds, and see if you can find another stick!Now!" She hissed Maplepaw nodded and returned with Honey,poppy seeds, and a perfect looking stick and gave them to his mentor. "Ok," She breathed. She nudged the stick torwards Leafbreeze "Now,Leafbreeze I Want you to bite down on this stick when the pain comes,Ok?" She asked. Leafbreeze nodded,her eyes sparkling with pain and took the stick in her mouth; "Ok, this is the last one alright?" Leafbreeze nodded,clenching the stick in her jaws "Now" Berrybramble Paused,silence gripping the Nursery "Push!!" She Hissed,pressing on her belly. Leafbreeze Wailed in pain and in a couple of heartbeats the last kit slid out and Leafbreeze, still weak from her kitting,Moaned softly as Maplepaw nipped the Sac open and a Tiny Brown She-cat with dark black spots,slithered out and instantly crawled to her mother's belly and begined to Suckle alongside with her siblings.
