Izuku was born four years earlier
At age 4, Izuku was diagnosed quirkless. That did not matter, for he wanted to join the Navy, since his parents were high ranking people within the Navy and he wanted to make them proud. But 5 years later, the sirens attacked. Hisashi Midoriya is American but was awarded 4 months of vacation for him being one of the very best in the Navy.
Izuku had already moved over to America with his parents a year before the Sirens had attacked, so when he found out, it sparked a fire that increased his want to join the navy and help repel the invaders.
Izuku graduated top of his class and was about to be sent over to the Azur lane base when the sirens attacked the base he was learning at, however Izuku's quirk activated just in time.
His quirk? he is able to use any rigging/ship from the shipgirls themselves, regardless of which faction they are apart off.
Join Izuku in his adventure to be the best admiral the shipgirls have in leading them while teaching the ever-chaotic class 1-A how to be a commander and take down the sirens.
Will he succeed? or will he fail and the sirens wipe out humanity? and how will the infamous class react knowing he got his quirk not even a year ago?
