Chapter 3 Class

Ava's POV

I open my eyes up with that same feeling as yesterday.

I still feel the stinging in my arms as I rub my eyes.

I yawn when then I feel my stomach drop.

The blade...

I dart out of my bed and start rummaging through my draws for my robes.

I pull them out and I start to take off my PJ's and slip on my uniform.

After I get dressed I realized I'm like super late for my first class.

Aka DADA

I slip in my socks and then grab my shoes

I put on my black sneakers and run to the spot from yesterday.

I search all around.

But no blade.

Where is it...

Someone must have grabbed it.

Ugh.

Well let's hope they don't snitch.

I start to walk to my first class.

Which I'm like 10 minutes late too.

I quietly open the door trying to sneak in.

He did say are next lesson would not be in the class so I assume it was here.

I was right.

All the kids were grouped up and Professor Lupin was talking.

Then his head darted to me.

"Oh Ava? Hello you finally made your way to class." He says.

I smile nervously

"Yup heh..."

"Well you can join the crowd we're about to do that spell we learned yesterday for bogarts." He says as he smiles

"Oh...alright" I join the batch of people in the back. Hermione joined me in the back.

"Ava, why were you late." She says in a stern whisper voice.

"I slept in, I was up nearly all night" I say

She pats me on the back

"Okay, well I'll be sure to wake you up tomorrow." She says

"Everyone form a line" Professor Lupin announced

Hermione grabbed my hand to pull me to the front

"Hermione no-" I say

"You were late, your not missing out on the work" she says

"Anyone wanna volunteer for the example?" Professor Lupin says

Hermione pushes me out of line.

I stumble for a few seconds the see Professor Lupin looking at me.

"Ava, you wanna be the example?" He asks.

"N-" I found let a word out before he leads me to the front of the class.

My breathing got heavy my heart started to pound.

Oh gosh-

"Ava, when I open this you gonna twirl your wand and say, "redikulus" okay?" He says

I nod my head
"Practice with me" he says

I twirl my wand and say the word.

"Okay wand at the ready" he says holding the handles on the wardrobe

I get my want read to fire my hands were shaking and my palms were sweaty...knees weak, my arms are heavy.
(Mom's spaghetti) (SORRY LOL)

The the wardrobe opened.

The thing was turning into something.

Then it turned to a man.

The man that killed my mom and dad.

The robber.

I felt my eyes start to water and a tear escaped my eye

"Ava..." I hear Lupin say

"R-ridiculous" I say

It doesn't go away

Again I say is but without he stutter.

I turns into a clown laughing.

I look down as I walk to the back of the line.

Lupin was looking at me.

"Okay, Next!" He says

After a few people went it was Harry's turn

He had a smile on him face.

He stepped up to the thing and it started to shape shift.

His face turned pale when it became a dementor.

Lupin ran infront of him

It then shape shifted to a full moon.

Strange

Then a balloon came up and started flying around the class all around back to the wardrobe.

Lupin started heavily breathing.

"That's enough for today bye bye-" he say

Everyone sighs as they start to walk out

I follow the crowd until I hear Lupin say my name

I turn to look at him.

"I need to talk to you about something..." he says

My heart dropped.

What could he have wanted.

Was it about my boggart? About last night?
Did- did- he find the blade.

So many thoughts
