Ryan unlocks his door , heads in and walks upstairs , he puts on his gym kit , he puts on a black tank top, black shorts , thick black socks and goes and sorts out his overnight bag to stay at Livs.
In Ryan's overnight bag he includes , dressing gown, slippers , clothes for the next day, clean boxer shorts , clean thin white socks , a toothbrush , Hugo Boss aftershave and Hugo Boss deodorant, a Lynx Roll on , an anti-perspirant spray and a phone charger for his phone.
Ryan goes into the kitchen puts on his Apple Watch , fills up his water bottle , gets his fitness flannel , grabs his overnight bag puts it around his back, Ryan then puts on his headphones , listens to some fitness motivation music and heads out the door for his jog.
