"Well isn't this just awesome?"

The thing Jimin kept in his mind while falling asleep last night came crashing down as soon as he opened his eyes. It was raining outside. A lot. As if the god of thunder himself wanted the plan Jimin had to fail.

Grumpily, he left his bed. There was nothing he could do to make the rain stop. It's not like he has the magic to do that, he's just a cupid, not God. Well, he was literally a god but that doesn't change the fact that the rain ruined it's plan at its best.

He did his morning routine and changed after taking a long hot shower. He was particularly allergic to rain. He used to get a headache and a runny nose whenever it rained back home. So to avoid coming in contact with the rainwater or even get a look at it, he closed all the curtains of the apartment.

With nothing else to do, he made a plain breakfast for himself and sat down on the living room couch to watch some TV while the sky cried at its fullest.

As he was about to fall asleep because of the boring TV show running, a loud knock on the door disturbed him. At this point, he was always certain that the one on the other side is most probably you because one, he didn't actually know anyone here except you and two, no one knows him here except you.

So basically, it's always you.

"Hey Jim. What up?" you barged in the minute he opened the door.

In the last few days, you've gotten closer to Jimin and you'd never hesitate to enter his house or even his room. It was like a routine for you to bother him once before leaving for office or after coming back only to receive either a glare of a huff. That's just Jimin for you. Always grumpy.

"Raining. I hate rain" he replied, plopping down on the couch beside you. You were already switching channels which Jimin was grateful for because he was seriously too lousy to even touch anything. Let alone make the effort of getting out of his comfortable position and work his fingers to change the channel.

"Who hates rain? I love rain. I wish for rain everyday" you got comfortable when the channel surfing stopped at a particular snake documentary on the TV.

Jimin only rolled his eyes. "You only love rain because that's when you get to take a leave of absence from your office" He scoffed and picked up the comforter again from its position on the floor to snuggle into.

"You know me so well. So what are we doing today since it's raining and you're wrapped up like a burrito in the fuzzy ass blanket" you asked, watching only his face out of the blanket. He has covered the entirety of his body under the warm price of cloth.

"Hey! I'm allergic to rain" he whined offended. You only let out a small laugh and got back to changing channels.

"Games?" you suggested but before he could say anything, you were already on your way back to your apartment to get some games to play.

Jimin got up from the couch and hesitantly made his way to the kitchen still like a burrito and started preparing coffee. It was a family thing in the park brood to offer a hot beverage to the guest. And here, the guest being a self-invited neighbour, you.

After the coffee was done, he walked back to the living room where he placed the cups and the complimentary snacks on the table. he was not quite familiar with the concept of games in the mortal world.

He thought it was something like he used to play with Taehyung back home that included flying around but that's a past thing. He was ready to explore this world's gaming process.
