"Yes. We used to date" Jungkook said with the most calm expression ever.

Jimin was totally speechless at this. To say the information took him by surprise would be a major understatement. He was already struggling with making your boss fall for you and now this insanely handsome dude just walking with his tattooed arms and pierced eyebrow into the big picture was going to make it a lot more harder.

Jimin didn't know to what extent you dated this guy because the file he had on you consisted of nothing related to dating history and this man totally had the looks to just swoop you over your boss's palms. Even Jimin was drooling over him for that one dangling earring he had on his right ear.

"Oh!! You did not just say that. We were not dating" you looked at Jimin with a finger pointing at his direction with a defending tone and then back at the other boy in the room "You were a casual summer hookup Jeon Jungkook and I won't repeat it over and over again for your stupid head to understand" you gave him a snarling look.

If someone was to see the way Jimin visibly gulped the largest lump in his throat on hearing the words, that person would have been so thrilled. You were as raged as a starved lioness and as if you were to swallow the whole man.

"We hooked up 4 times in 2 days darlin" Jungkook had the proudest grin on his face. He looked at Jimin with a sense of pride and then back at You with the same expression.

"Yeah. You were that good" you answered and rolled your eyes. "I was not that interested in you anyways" you continued. Jungkook only mocked your words when you turned around to clean the counter for the last spec of spilled soup.

"Umm.. Have a seat" Jimin, totally perplexed at the two neighbours, offered the other boy to sit and handed him a cup of coffee he prepared for himself and you.

"Likewise" Jungkook muttered and plopped down on the couch beside Jimin, sipping on the now slightly cold coffee. But did Jungkook mind it? No. He was busy grinning to himself about god knows what.

"So, how long did you two date.. Umm.. hooked up?" Jimin, totally oblivious to human world terms, asked Jungkook. He didn't know what hooked up meant. He never hooked up with anyone before so how was he supposed to know that?

"Two weeks. It's all business everytime in my apartment or hers. Sometimes we'd go out to a hotel, mall, Theatre, classroom, cafeterias" Jungkook explained. Jimin never knew there were so many places one could go while dating.. When.. Hooking up.

He'd only ever seen couples hanging out in the park around their city and the libraries when he was back home.

To Jungkook's words, you marched out of the kitchen and literally smacked the pillow from the nearby couch onto his head. He looked at you and that's when all hell broke loose.

You two started arguing about everything. And during the heated discussion, Jimin finally found that the real meaning of hooking up is not the sweet tender hand holding and roaming around kinda fun but the hot, aggressive, messy not holding hands kind of fun.

He had a hand clasped over his mouth in amusement at how naive he was. It was all too much for him to digest. Soon after, both you and Jungkook calmed down and stopped fighting. Jimin took a deep breath, his rain allergies long gone despite the roaring thunder outside.

You picked the cold coffee from the table and remade one for Jimin since he was still sick. Jimin was more than pleased with the hot beverage despite the mess his neighbours have created in his apartment.

"You know what? I should really spend some time with you Jimin. I can tell you all about Y/N Now that you're dating her" Jungkook said leaning back on the couch.
