what am i? who am i?

chapter one.

as Alexis waited to find a parking spot in the parking lot she stared at her new school and just by the look and layout of the school she new it was going to be a whole lot different then the private school she had previously attended in new York. once she had found her parking space she headed towards the school all the other students looked at her in a funny way. the bell went and everyone headed in pushing Alexis out of the way, she tried to find her way to her first class which was English in room 235, no one helped her, once the hallways cleared out a boy with Brownie Blondie sort of hair colour in a quiff with piercing blue eyes, walked up to her and asked if she was lost she replied awkwardly 'yes', he asked her what room she was in and luckily he was in her class and walked her to the class room. he said his name was Charlie. he was really sweet. When they reached the class room Alexis couldn't help but notice the 3 mysterious look people sitting at the back. Charlie told her that their names were, Jace , Barclay and Freya , he said that they weren't the type of people that she should be hanging about with which made her even more eager to meet them. when the teacher arrived he noticed that Alexis was new and had no where to sit there was only one seat left and that was right next to Jace, he didn't say a word to her throughout the whole lesson all he did was stare. every now and again Charlie would look back and whisper to her "are you ok?" She replied with 'yes why wouldn't i be?' But Charlie didn't reply. At the end of the lesson when she asked him why he asked her that question he just replied 'no reason and walked off. It came to lunch time Alexis made her way to the canteen when Barclay, Freya and Jace stopped her, when Alexis asked them what they wanted the boys just stood there and stared at her whereas Freya was walking around her in circles looking her up and down. Alexis didn't know what to say so she started to walk off the two boys blocked her pathway and shook their heads she turned around and Freya was standing there looking fierce in her tight black leather leggings with black leather jacket and boots, when Charlie jumped in front of her knocking her to the floor and hitting her head she must have blacked out because when she woke it was only her and Charlie left in the hallway. He helped her up asking if she was ok but Alexis was the type of person who would say yes even if she wasn't, they walked to the canteen and Charlie introduced her to his friends; Jake, Brad and Isabella. Jake looked kind of nerdy he was sitting there reading of mice and men but he was a cute kind of nerd, then there is Brad he has that type of boy band look that any teenage girl would drawl over but Isabella well she looked like a something out of the vampire diaries she had curly black hair with bright green eyes wearing black leather she looked pretty bad but good. It came to the end of the day and Isabella invited her to go to the beach tomorrow and Alexis did need to top up her tan so she said yes. That night Alexis didn't sleep that good she was tossing and turning all night with sharp pains shooting throughout her body when she woke the next morning she noticed that there were running up her legs she thought it was just the way she slept but she could tell it wasn't. An hour or so later a car beeped outside when she got in the car everyone was hyperactive. she noticed at the corner of her Charlie looking at her legs confused so she put her jacket over them so that no one could see the marks. they arrived at the beach and of course Jace, Barclay and Freya were there as soon as she arrived she noticed Jace looking also noticed that and told the others to set their things on the other side of the beach Charlie and Brad run into the ocean with their surfboards Alexis asked Jake if she surfboard he wasn't paying much but still said yes. She ran into the ocean after the boys they were laughing at her she asked them why they replied with 'well its just that your a girl and you like surfing' Alexis replied with 'so i bet im better than you'. "ok then surfer girl lets bet on it, if I win you owe me £10, you win I owe you £20, deal?" Charlie said still laughing, "deal" she replied.

The whole time she was surfing she noticed that Jace was sitting on the pier just staring at her surfing, this put Alexis off she stopped concentrating and a huge wave came and knocked her off the board when she resurfaced everything was blury when another big wave came and made the surfboard smack her right on the head making it bleed. No one had notice except from Jace's gang who were sitting and laughing at her. She could feel herself loosing consciousness, Jace dived into the water to save her and the next thing she knew she was on the beach with Jace sat next to her looking at her bleeding head. She tried to sit but felt dizzy, Jace ripped some material off of his shirt and held it on her head, he was still smirking about what had happened. Alexis asked "what are you laughing at its not funny im bleeding for crying out loud", Jace continued to smirk replying with "I know I just riped my shirt for it good thing I don't really like this one". Alexis couldn't help but stare into his gold-brown coloured eyes and get lost in them. Jace helped sit her up and introduced himself properly but didn't say anything about what happened the other day in the school corridor, Alexis introduced herself as well but Jace said something so quietly that Alexis made out as 'no im not hurting her' she thought that she was just hearing things. They continued to talk for about five more minutes when Charlie came over looking furious, he walked up to them and helped Alexis up, Jace stood and said "you alright there mate, we were only talking no need to get jel" winding Charlie up, Charlie replied "come near here again and I swear to God I will punch you in the face" and with that Jace walked up to Alexis and touched her arm, when all of a sudden Charlie flew at Jace punching him strait in the face with all of the force you would've thought hat he would be bleeding but he wasn't. Alexis turned around seeing both Charlie's and Jace's crew coming towards them the boys dragged Charlie away the same as the others did to Jace. Alexis was surprised that Jace didn't fight back, but this made her curious about him.
