"You still wanna go on that date?"
Wakasa had his hands on either side of him as he leaned back, putting his weight on his hands as he watched Tamiko work on a paper at her desk. She said it was due Tuesday but had been assigned so long ago she thought it had been disregarded by her professor.
Tamiko turnt around in her swivel chair and nodded, cracking her knuckles and wrist as she'd been typing for a long time.
"Hell yeah I do. And not to sound too... what's the word? Demanding! But I want it to be something nice and memorable."
Wakasa's tired eyes scanned over Tamiko's features. It was as if each part of her had been hand crafted with care by deities themselves. He couldn't focus on the words flowing out of her mouth because he was so enamored by her comeliness.
"Earth to Imaushi! You won't listening?"
Tamiko crossed her arms and a look of disappointment washed over her face. She tilted her head to the side a bit and held a look on her face that was just daring Waka to try and lie to her.
"I'm sorry princess, you just looked so pretty you took over my whole mind. Which isn't my fault."
"Don't try to butter me up."
"Me? Butter you up? I would never."
The faux sympathy and fake look of innocence on Wakasa's face was about to make Tamiko get on her knees and beg, but she composed herself quicker than the thought came to her. She needed to remind herself that she barely knew the man.
"Lemme work on my paper, but while you do that think of date ideas. Like I said, something memorable."
"Yes ma'am, whatever you want."
Tamiko nodded and turnt back around to her desk and got back to work, while Waka did as he was told.
He'd be the first to admit it's been awhile since he'd been on a date seeing as it had also been awhile since he was serious about someone. Not having been a proper date since he was fifteen and was now twenty. Ever since he'd been in gangs he'd have men, women, those in between, and those far from either on his dick. He's had many flings and many hoes, and sure he spoiled the ones he liked a bit or planned to keep around for awhile but he certainly had never taken one out.
And by no means was he calling Tamiko one of his hoes, she was so much more special and deserved his uttermost respect. And she deserved a proper, well planned out date. Wakasa just had no clue where to start.Waka glanced at his phone as saw a plethora of texts and missed calls from Benkei and Takeomi. Damn, staying was already biting him in the ass. He clicked on Takeomi's contact to call him back. The phone didn't even get to do a full ring before there was already an answer.
"Waka where the fuck are you!? I've been calling you for hours! We got a fucking problem down at Shin's bike shop!"
Waka pulled his phone back from his ear and the yelling was so loud it caused Tamiko to turn her head.
"I'm with my girl, she was having a bit of a rough morning when I was getting ready to go. What's going on at the shop?"
Wakasa made eye contact with Tamiko the moment he referred to her as his girl. The look of shock was replaced with a shy smile, her doe eyes shifting to the floor.
"A gang fight broke out in front of Shin's shop after Brahman held our meeting and we needed your help. You're an executive man!"
Waka sighed softly and got off of Tamiko's bed, deciding that it's be best to continue this call in the hallway so Tamiko could work in peace.
