Finally started writing this back. I've done a bit of changes towards the story line, just to let you know.

Thank you everyone who reads this. I'm not sure when will this book end but I thank you for all the support you have given to this story.

Now let's continue.

(Y/n) didn't have much of an appetite after she told everything to Saito. And he understands that. But he did tell her to eat at least a few bites, she can't starve for the rest of the night. Luckily, (Y/n) was able to eat a small portion thanks to Saito.

When the girl had left for bed, Saito wasn't able to sleep due to listening to (Y/n)'s backstory. Just why on Earth would someone do this to her? She was just such a young child who has a bright future ahead. But instead, she was abandoned by her parents and tortured at such a young age.

However, Saito was curious at one thing. Why did the people kidnap (Y/n)'s friend, Haruka? From what he heard from (Y/n)'s story, there was no reason for them to kidnap Haruka, right? What was their objective?

The male was so confused. He had so many questions.

Why (Y/n)?

Why kidnap Haruka?

What exactly happened to (Y/n)'s parents?

Saito kept tossing and turning in his bed as multiple questions keep arising in his head.

He then sat back up and started to ponder.

Saito wants to help (Y/n). But how? He is only a student. What can a 16 year old teen boy do?

"Tomorrow's a Sunday..." He mumbled to himself as he checked his calendar that's hanging on his wall.

Having an idea, and hopefully everything will work out, he quickly left his room and headed to his mom's room, hoping that she is still awake.

The Next Day

(Y/n) didn't get much of a shut eye either. She kept thinking about the past and what Hiroshi had said for the past few weeks. Both the people who kidnapped her and Hiroshi said almost the same thing. Is she really not needed in this world?

The (h/c)-coloured girl did a quick wash up before heading downstairs, only to find that breakfast was already prepared and Saito's mom, Saito Misaki, was at the dining table reading newspaper too.

"Ah! Good morning, (Y/n)-chan!" Misaki greeted.

"Good morning, Saito-san."

"Mou, I told you to call me Misaki! Mom is fine too!" The woman pouted playfully which only made (Y/n) blushed a little. "Misaki-san..."

"Close enough!" She chuckled before motioning (Y/n) over. "Come and have breakfast! I can't believe Sato prepared all of these!"

Indeed. On the table, there were different kind of breakfast prepared. From Japanese style, to Chinese style, to Western style.

"Sato-kun could really become a chef..." (Y/n) muttered in awe as she took a seat opposite Misaki, which the woman only laughed.

"I know, right? He's just like his father!" Misaki gushed.
