(AN: So unfortunately my mental health improved over October and November, but now I'm back!)
Eddie walked into his home. He was distraught. How could Corn do this to him? He thought Corn loved him... All those songs, for nothing?! It was too much for Eddie to bear.
I can't believe Corn would do this to me, Eddie thought remorsefully. He had done so much for Corn, and yet Corn cheated. This was all Corn's fault. Eddie's heart filled with rage, and his small intestine burst from his stomach.
"You deserve revenge." The intestine wiggled vigorously.
"Yes.. Yes I do! I deserve the world, but Corn cannot supply that for me!" Eddie yelled and stood up, ready for the world to end.
Eddie sprinted into the kitchen and searched for the knives.
"Where are the knives?" the intestine furled and unfurled angrily.
"We don't need knives, small intestines. We only need each other." Eddie kissed the intestine gently, trying to convey a thanks that he could not turn into words.
The small intestine blushed furiously. "We do not have time, my love! Corn deserves pain!"
Eddie hesitated. "Darling, I think... I think I still love Corn."
"What are you on about?" The intestine writhed and squirmed.
"I love Corn. I love you, too, but-"
"We will sort this out later, dear. I love you. We can get through this together."
"Are you sure?"
"If we perish, we perish together."
Eddie nodded his head confidently, opened the door, and started to walk towards Corn's house.
