Chapter 16

Ross:
" So guys I would like to announce something quick, me and Alicia broke up so we're just friends" as I said that everyone started to grow a shocked face except Rydel, Riker, Rocky, and Ratliff. It didn't surprise me. But then Rydel asked "Why you guys break up?!"
"For a reason... but we both agreed to break up so there was no conflict" I said calmly. After I was done I sat back down on the couch.
Alexis:
Ross was just sitting down when I received a text from my mom...

Hey sweety can you come down now? We are going out for family dinner! Isn't that exciting! Well anyways come home, we're about to leave XOXO
~Mom

Hey mom yea ok I'll go down. And I'm dying to know where we're eating I'm hungry!
I'll be there in 10 mins. Asap byeeeeee!

After that I put my phone away and said out loud to everyone as I stood up, "Hey guys umm I need to leave I have to go somewhere with my family and my mom wants be down there right now" "awwww!" Everyone said in unison, except me.
"Do you really have to go?" Ross asked, I thought Riker would ask.
"Yea I do I'll be back maybe tomorrow for a quick visit" I said back.
Everyone nodded and everyone said "bye!"
Just when I got out the door I heard someone else coming outside too, I was hoping it was Riker, because he was my boyfriend but instead I turned to see that it was Ross and he closed the door behind him.
Ross:
" Hey umm can we talk really quick?" I asked nervously.
"Sure...." She looked insecure.
"Umm I just wanted to let you know that the reason that me and Alicia broke up was because she liked someone else and so did I"
"Ummm ok? Good to know?" She turned around and started walking away when I quickly grabbed her arm and turned her towards me again.
"I mean when we broke up I realized I broke up with her too because I still have feelings for you..."
She seemed to get nervous and said nothing. She just stood there as if I had said something shocking. I brought her in closer towards me and told her "I love you Alexis"
"I-I love you too" she stuttered
"Then why are you with Riker?!"
"Because you left me for Alicia"
I felt bad for what I did to her and said,
"Sorry it's just I thought you preffered Riker.."
"I like him but I don't love him like you.."
"Will you be my girlfriend?"
She suddenly then pulled away from me and went inside.
Alexis:
"Riker can we talk?" I grabbed his arm and pulled him to the kitchen.
I asked him "Do you like Peyton?"
He didn't answer.
"Please answer I need to tell you something I promise I won't get mad" I said calmly.
"Y-yes I do...I'm sorry"
"Do you wanna be with her? Please be honest"
"Yes I do.... Please don't break up with me!"
"I'm breaking up with you"
"What?!"
"Look Riker... I like Ross and you like Peyton and I want us to both be happy and be with who we want so I'm breaking up with you"
"Well then thanx actually!" He smiled and hugged me tight. I hugged back and was happy that he was happy. He was finally be with who he wanted and I would be with who I wanted. We both went out to the living room and said to everyone,
"We are officially not a couple anymore"
"What?! You too?!" Rydel said in high pitched voice.
"It was because of feelings" Riker said and smiled towards Peyton.
Ross:
Alexis came running outside and said, "yes! I wanna be you girlfriend!"
"What about Riker?"
"We broke up"
"What?!"
"He loves Peyton and I love you"
"Well I guess this ended the right way.."
"Yes!" She jumped and hugged me and I hugged her back. We were officially together as a couple...finally! After all these ups and downs.
Riker:
After Alexis ran out to Ross I walked over to Peyton and told her in front of everyone,
"Peyton, would you do me the honor and be my girlfriend?"
Her face got red and put her hands on her half of her face at the bottom and then took them off and said, "Yes!"
Everyone cheered.
I hugged her and said, "How about we finish what we didn't yesterday"
"What thing?" She asked confused.
"This.." And kissed her. She kissed back and she seemed to shake at the beggining but then relaxed towards the end of this kiss.
She pulled away slowly and said "I love you Riker Lynch"
"I love you too Peyton"
We both holder hands and went to go sit down at the couch when Ross came in and said,
"Guys me and Alexis are finally together!"
Everybody cheered once again and Ross said one last thing,
"Congrats Riker and Peyton, #Reyton!"
We all laughed and after half and hour later, mom and dad finally came home.
We told them everything about the sleepover and how things turned out.
