Lucky meets Unlucky

Y/n L/n had always had amazing luck, but she didn't know why, she never questioned it though, and always went about her perfect life.

Though, she always wished that there was something, anything to break her monotonous perfect life. There was, one day when her father announced they were moving.

She moved from the P&F side of town to the other side of town. She had no idea what was in store for her, until she'd met Milo Murphy.

He was an absolute sweetheart, and his optimism was so contagious. When he finally asked Y/n out, he was a nervous wreck since three days earlier he had confessed to Amanda who rejected him out of fear for Murphy's Law.

The two days that followed hoveever consisted of soothing words and cuddles from Y/n. And frequent visits from Melissa, Zack, and Sara who were fangirling over the ship being so cute.

It was Friday, and Milo knew that anything Murphy's Law would throw at him would be countered by Y/n's good luck. 'I just have to tell her how I feel....I can't do this.' Milo thought as he was now in front of Y/n's locker, and she was standing there oh so pretty.

Before he could run off, however, Y/n started talking to him, though he was a blubbering mess. Amanda was watching how he was acting from afar and was infuriated. 'My rejection should've made your love for me stronger. Not make you flock to that knock off.' She thought and glared at Y/n, 'I'll win him back from you, Y/n. Just wait and see.'

"Hey, Y-Y/n?" Milo had stuttered out, "Would you like to s-see a movie with m-me t-today?" He closed his eyes and braced for rejection but instead felt arms wrapping around him in a secure hug.

"I would love to go on a date with you Milo. I was waiting for you to man up and ask me." She giggled towards the end, and he blushed even harder.

"See you then, Milo." She blew a kiss to him, and he blushes an even brighter red. "She said yes..." he muttered the realization sinking in.

He smiled brightly and yelled out, "She said yes! She said yes! She said yes!" He ran down the hall repeatedly yelling that out drawing everyone's attention.

The major thought on everyone's mind being, 'Who actually said yes to a date with a walking calamity like Milo Murphy?'

Y/n got ready, wearing a beautiful and cute outfit:

The door bell rang and Y/n ran to open it excitedly, but something had felt off. She called over her sister, S/n and asked, "Can you get the door? I need to go find my shoes."

S/n nods and opens the door, a bucket of multi-colored slime dowses her, ruining her clothes. "That'll teach you to talk to my man!" Amanda yelled coming out from her hiding spot in a bush.

Slow clapping, Y/n stepped out next to her sister her feet in the slime, "Nice try. Also, Milo isn't your man nor is he mine. Also, I'd check your bed befor you sleep in it tonight." Y/n gives a mischievous smile and walks back inside to grab her purse and shoes.

'Wait, what?' Amanda thought, and her phone started to ring si she answered it. "Amanda why're there bugs in your bed?!" Her mother screeched, "You're in big trouble when you get home!!"

Her mom hangs up and Amanda stands there dumbfounded as Y/n walks out, and walks off with Milo who'd just arrived.

Y/n and Milo arrived at the theatre, and once the movie started, Y/n leaned her head on Milo's shoulder, starting to feel sleepy.

Milo on the other hand was stiff as a board and blushing a hard red. 'This is really happening.....what do I do?' He thought, and looking ove the saw Y/n had fallen asleep on his shoulder.

In the end, Milo decided to relax, and wrapped an arm around Y/n's side. The movie they had chosen to watch, continued and eventually Milo also fell asleep.

They bother ha the same thought before they fell asleep, 'I love you.'
