The Encounter

~•~Ariana's POV~•~

Waking up at midnight with the sound of a ringing phone is not a pleasant sound. Ariana wondered who could be calling her during this hour of the night and decided to go back to bed. Loud creaking could be heard through the house as well as the dripping of the damaged pipe down the hall. The phone rang and rang until Ariana  screamed in anger and frustration, "Hello This is Ariana Diamandis Residence may I ask who is this?" she asked, breathing is all she could hear from the other line, with a frown on the face she asked politely again " Helloooo anyone there", but no answer is what she got in response. She hung up the phone shaking her head she mumbled "what kind of foolishness is this, I wonder who it could've been". While walking back towards her bed the phone rang again for the third time. She ran towards the phone with a great rush and pulled the phone from the dialer with anger " Hello I am asking again, WHO is this" she rushed out. Ariana  knew it was not great manners to answer the phone in such a manner but she was fatigued and irritated. Again there was only the breathing of a male that could be heard however this time she was also hearing the sounds of wood chopping?. Ariana  had a feeling that she wasn't safe but she hunged up the phone and went back to bed. "The phone rang once and stopped. It rang again. This was it now." she thought. While walking towards the phone she received a painful blow to her head and fell unconscious.

The next morning
Ariana woke up groaning wondering what caused such intense pain but then remembered about the horror that happened last night. Looking around her surrounding she realized she was in a dark room with a very masculine scent. SCREAMING and crying out the word "HELP" Ariana did but then she heard a deep voice from her right "Screaming is all you can do but please bear in mind no one will be here to save you" The man said. Ariana  sobbed while wiping her face "W-H-O WHO a-r-r-r-e-e You?" she asked, however, the only response she received was the chucking of the mysterious man, the sound of moving feet, and the flicker of a switch. The sight of a tall, black, muscular man with a sun hat on his head was in her vision of sight. Ariana wondered "why would a man like this be wearing a woman's sun hat" but her question was answered in the blink of an eye with the man looking down at her small frame on the floor with an intense stare. Ariana's face was filled with shock which made the man chuckle. "Sebastian Aetòs Aexopoulos is my name and you'll be by my side Ariana because we are destined to be," the man said. The saying of those words brought Ariana back to the cartoon Shrek and his beloved Fiona. She didn't want a mysterious man who is a stranger to be her beloved. She always dreamed of marrying her dream husband with four children running around her lovely white and grey house, but she will not make a man stop her dreams. She will escape one day somehow.
