Elias POV:
It was a quiet day in the forest, the sun is shining, the flowers are blooming, it made made my heart breathed with calming, i was meditating or training my observation haki beside a river with full of fish swimming peacefully, until a raven haired child came up "Oneesan!" the raven haired child ran towards me and stopped in front of me looking at me with his signature smile "oneesan can we hang out, please!" the raven haired child shakes my shoulder back and forth begging to spend time with me "please luffy stop shaking me im getting headache" elias open her eyes and met another eye thats belong to luffy smilling at you "shishishishi oneesan lets spend time together!" he smiled i rolled my eyes playfully away from luffy and said "i guess it wouldn't hurt skipping a bit at my training" he's eye shine and he smiled while jumping at me as i catch him he hugged my waist tightly and said "oneesan is the best!" he looked up and looked at me with a smile while stroke his hair "now luffy lets go to makino-san and hang out there, we'll eat there" i said smiling softly at luffy looking at him as he returned the smile with a huge grin "okay oneesan!" he lets go of my waist and he grabs my hand standing up dragging me to makino's bar "oh boy he's dragging me again 😅" i thought still being dragged my luffy
Timeskip a few years:-
It was the day shanks came to the island i was training in the forest letting luffy and shanks meet like how the original story, they meet talk laughing tell stories and then bandits fighting blah blah blah all that stuff but im gonna interfere in some stuff since i have trained my mana i can regenerate some limbs so that means i can regenerate shanks arm now lets get into the story where luffy just got patch up after what he did btw im 12 and luffy's 7
Shanks POV:
"YOU IDIOT WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!" shanks scolding at luffy's idiotic-ness while luffy sobbing he wailde "IT HURTS!" he sobs after a while "cheers guys" shanks crew celebrated luffy's guts and bravery. At the party luffy sat on one of the stool next to shanks, tears in his eyes smilling and saying "it didn't hurt!" shanks next to him said "that's a lie don't do such a stupid thing again" shanks scolded luffy "its not a lie! im not afraid of getting hurt" luffy huffed "take me on your next voyage!!! i wanna be a pirate too!!!" he lift his arm and smiled "as if you'll ever be a pirate!" shanks laughed
he then sit back and said "its a fatal flaw for a pirate to be an anchor!" his grin never leaves his face as luffy stand up a bit angry and yelled "i'll be okay as long as i stay on the ship!" luffy then turn to shanks and smiled "im well trained! so you my punches are like pistols!!!" he exclaimed shanks res his chin on one hand and look at luffy saying "pistol really?" luffy barks at him saying "whats that suppose to mean!?"
Author: im getting lazy to type back and forth so i'll just send 3 videos to show how it really goes and after the part where shanks save luffy is where "elias" will appear.
Elias POV:
as shanks swim carrying a crying luffy to the docks where everybody was waiting, everybody was worried for shanks and luffy, i have just arrived and saw a crying luffy and shanks with a bitten bloody arm honestly i was shocked even though i knew what would happen it still shocked me the missing arm shanks hold looks painful and yet so bloody and then luffy start to rubs his face and look and saw me with a shocked face luffy then wipe his tears and ran to me "oneesan!" luffy crying jumps at me as i catch him he hug me in the waist tightly as if i would go away any second "oneesan, shanks save me please help him!" luffy looks at me with desperate face while hugging me tightly not wanting to let me go, honestly this breaks my heart seeing luffy like this and shanks saves his life so i shall return the favor, i walk up to shanks with luffy still hugging my waist everyone watched in surprised "luffy has a sister!?" everyone thought with a shocked face i stood up in front of shanks and asked "are you shanks?" i looked at him "yeah i am" he answered with a smile on his face "honestly how can he still smile in a situation like this" i thought
"thank you for saving luffy's life i appreciate it" i thanked him i slight bow "no need to thank me, it was nothing!" he answered waving his hand slightly with a closed eye smile waving at me slightly "still though you saved luffy's life and for that i must repay you" and walked closer to shanks and placed my hand to his arm and do my magic "*&%$%?" i said casting the spell as his arm began to glow and regenerate back, everyone wide eye and shocked even shanks was shocked shanks then looked at me with curiousity wondering how can a child be so powerful enough to do this "done" i said putting my hand away from his arm and looked at him "this is my repayment to you for saving luffy's life" i said with a slight smile on my face "how can you do that?" shanks asked looking at me with a curious face i close my eyes and smiled saying "secret" i opened my eyes and looked at luffy still hugging and burrying his face in my waist "luffy its done, shanks has his arm again" luffy then back up his face from my waist and look towards shanks and saw shanks with no missing arm, he then ren up to shanks and hugged him "your okay now! your arm is back!" he cried happily with a smile on his face relieved then turned his face to me "thank you oneesan!" thanked me with a smile as i smiled back

Nobody's POV:
They were at a forest luffy being drag by garp and complaining while elias was sitting besides garp's shoulder just looking around the forest they were in "grandpa where are we going?" elias asked even though she knew where they were "your going to to stay in dadan's hut until i come back to pick you guys up to become marines!" garp continued walking suddenly luffy grabbed a tree "IM GOING TO BECOME-" and it hit garp on the back and elias just enchant magic shield on her back so it doesn't hurt "THE PIRATE KING!" garp let go of luffy and turn around "WHY YOU!" garp grabs luffy by cheek and drag him all the way to dadan's hut
Elias POV:
As we arrive at "dadan's hut" grandpa placed us down and then knock on the door loudly "whats this place" luffy looked at the house then ran "stop it!!! whoever you are do you wanna get killed!" man looking lady with orange hair known as dadan yelled and then she stop and stared for a second and said "g-garp-san!" then two men come out from behind known as dogra who's the short bandit and magra the rooster looking bandit "your looking good" garp said casually "give me a break! please, you gotta have mercy on me!" she said " ace is 10 years old now!" she said again "oh yeah already? how is he?" garp laughed as i stand beside garp "its not funny! we can't handle him anymore! you take him!" dogra complain "putting that aside" garp said "dont put it aside" dogra said angrily "you're annoying kid!" dadan yelled at luffy who was running around
garp then grabs me and luffy and said "look after him too" "huh?" dadan said dumbfounded expression "hey elias luffy say hi to them" "yo!" me and luffy said at the same time while pulling our hands out "who are these kids?" magra asked with a dumbfounded expression "they are my grandchildren" garp answered "WHAT!!!" they yelled with shocked faces honestly they're expression were priceless
As they were complaining and garp blackmailing them luffy said "crappy shack" i snorted for his bluntness "you wanna die punk!" yelled an angry dadan but luffy didn't care as he ran off to chase a fire flies dadan just fall over anime style and it was funny i just started laughing and then suddenly a spit was coming towards me but i dodge them surprising the one who spat but unfortunately luffy didn't dodge it "who spat that!" luffy yelled and then his eyes lays on a kid with raven haired and freckled also known as ace, ace just looked at me and luffy with eyes full of pain and hatred "ah ace!" garp said as he walk towards us "elias luffy this is your brother 3 years older than luffy and 2 years younger than elias" garp stated
ace then get off the giant buffola "hey apologize" luffy demand but ace pass luffy and me and goes inside the house "i'll leave these 2 brats with you guys" "luffy elias i'll come get you when you guys turn 17 to become marines! see ya" garp walks away and waved not looking behind
"welp this is hopeless" i thought luffy wipes the spit off his face and walks inside the house as i follow and then suddenly a couple of bandits appeared one had a knife across luffy's neck and me "give us your money" one of the bandit demand "i have no money" luffy said "if you kill me i'll come back and hunt you" i said with a calm expression "then call your parents and i doubt you can hunt us" the bandits said again "i only grandpa and oneesan" luffy said while i said nothing "then call your grandpa" "who is your grandpa anyways" one of the bandit asked "they're garps grandchildren" dadan stated "EH!?" the bandit's yelled shocked by the news "garp's grandchildren!?" the bandits yelled "yes now shut up you scumbags! dinners ready!" dadan yelled as the bandits ran towards a bunch of meat in huge plate and eat while luffy tried to ran towards the meat but got pinned down by one of the bandit, i just use my magic to create a portal and secretly took 4 meats and put inside a hole that i called inventory to put my stuff, noone notice and then there's the last meat luffy tried to take it "he stretched!" one of the bandits shout in surprised luffy was about to take the meat when a dog took it "a dog?" luffy said and then luffy got a rice and a water the same with me
luffy ate his rice "another bowl" luffy pulled out his bowl "pops another bowl" i snorted he called her pops he thinks shes a man "im a woman! and dont you realize you've been left!" dadan yelled at luffy "no" luffy answered bluntly "then i'll tell you, this is the hideout of the mountain bandits who rule mt.corvo the dadan family!" dadan stated "mountain bandit? i hate those guys" luffy said bluntly again as i deadpan at luffy's bluntness dadan then pulled out a knife and stab the floor across from luffy "shut it you damn brat! its a pain in the ass raising you!" dadan yelled while they were talking i ate 2 piece of meat and left some for luffy "here luffy this is for you" i give luffy 2 piece of meat as finished mine "oh! arigato (thank you) oneesan!" luffy took the 2 piece of meat from my hand and ate the 2 piece of meat happily.
After luffy was done eating his meats ace started getting up and walk towards the door "where is he going" luffy who looked at ace and run towards him and yelled "ace-!" but got shut in the face by ace who shut the door in front of him, luffy just look at the door and then open the door and ran to ace and blah blah blah you know what happened
