Chapter 3 -- I must be dreaming.
We ended up going to that place where all the famous peoples handprints were. We saw Miley Cyrus, and her dad Billy Rae. Then we got to Marilyn Monroe's. Cody told me that I should get my handprint next to hers because I was more beautiful then she could ever be. I blushed and just waited for someone to pinch me. I still couldn't decide if I was dreaming or not! We walked around looking at everyones hand prints, we even saw Elvis'!
Cody: "I need to use the restroom, I'll be right back!"
That left me and Alli together. Which I was fine with. I mean come on it's Alli Simpson, who wouldn't be? I figured we'd just talk just like friends like we had been the whole time but instead the second Cody left she said,
Alli: "Soooo. You like Cody? And I'm not talking friends, I'm talking 'LIKE LIKE'.?
Me: "Well, DUH! But I mean he's Cody Simpson, it's not like he feels that way towards me. He's just being a nice guy and showing me around!"
Alli: "Oh, jaime. Of course he likes you! And he likes you A LOT!"
Me: "No way! How do you know?"
Alli: "Cause he told me! And my mom and dad!"
Me: "Oh my gosh! Pinch me, please do! I swear this is all a dream!"
Alli: "I'm not going to pinch you but you're deffinantley not dreaming!"
I busted out laughing when she said that, and then there comes Cody
Cody: "Oh, gosh! What embarrasing thing did Alli tell you?"
His accent just makes me feel like I'm floating.
Alli: "Oh, nothing!" She said trying to sound completely innocent.
I don't know what it is about Cody, but I've only known him a day and a half but I feel like I've known him my whole life.
Alli: "So, whadya say.. Ready to get outta here and check out the next place?"
Cody: "Fine by me. Ready beautiful?" He said to me.
Me: "Yeah, sure."
We headed back to the limo and decided to stop for lunch. We went to the Hard Rock Cafe.
Alli: "So when are you going to start school?"
Me: "Wednesday. I'm going to Tuscan Middle School. Do you know anyone that goes there?"
Alli: "Hah..Nope. But I'm sure you'll make tons of friends, I mean your pretty, cool, and you're smart! Or well atleast you're not a stuck up airhead!"
Me: "Hahahhahahahahah, thanks!"
Alli nudged Cody with her elbow like she was trying to get him to do something. He looked at her with that "I know I know, leave me alone." kinda look. I wasn't to sure what to say or do so I just drank my drink until Cody said,
Cody: "So uhm...Are you free tonight?"
Me: "Yeah, why?"
Cody: "I have a concert tonight, and I want you to be there."
Me: "Aw, Of course I'll be there!"
Alli: "Yay!!" She screamed before Cody even had a chance to reply.
Cody: "Great, we'll pick you up on our way to the concert!"
Me: "It's a date!"
Alli: "Ohhh, y'alls first date!"
Cody: "Oh, be quiet Alli!" he said jokingly.
I just laughed and finshed my food.
We left the Hard Rock and got back in the limo.
Cody: "How about we just go to the beach and chill for a little while then we can take you home and you can get ready for the show?"
Me: "Sounds great"
Alli: "ohh lala!"
Cody just rolled his eyes and grabed my hand. When we got to the beach Me, Cody, and Alli just walked along the water. Alli's actually hilarious and Cody just so sweet and absoultley amazing. We walked and talked for about an hour then we decided it was time to take me home.
When we got to my house Cody walked me to my door and hugged me and said "See ya in a few!" I ran inside and told my mom everything! Me and her are really close so she understands! She said she didn't mind me hanging out with him as long as when I started school I concentrated on school work as much as I did Cody. I didn't quite say that was going to happen, but I nodded my head and ran up stairs to get ready for the show.
