 {Elizabeths pov}

As I was getting ready for the motive I couldn't help thinking over the conversation I had with Theo moments prior...

{moments prior}

"Hey girl." Theo slung his arm around me, pushing his body against mine.

"Hey Theo."  I said as kindly as I could. I remembered Blaise's warning but saying hi never hurt anyone. He slung his arm round me again and I realized that he obviously had different intentions so I started to speed up.

"Hey wait up, I just want to talk. Is that such a crime?" He jogged ahead and stood in my path.

"No its not that, I just have somewhere to get to. In fact I think I forgot my phone in the dorms shit." I smiled as kindly as I could spun on my heel and went back the way I came. My phones in my pocket, lets face it that was a weak excuse but let me have my moment please. I thought I had lost him until I felt someone grab my arm and push me against the stone wall.

" I'd hate to sound like that guy but your phone is sticking out of your back pocket. Look I don't know what you've heard. And frankly I don't care. You're friends with all my mates so why not be friends with me?" His hazel eyes burnt into my umber ones. We held that fierce eye contact until I decided to speak out.

"Listen Nott. I don't know what girls you tend to hang around with but with the way your holding me I can tell your expecting more than just friendship. Which unfortunately for you, is more than what I can give you." I pushed him off me and walked off, I thought he had finally got the message. But the moment I turned the corner I was met with his face.

" Okay hear me out, please Elizabeth." Hearing my name roll off his tongue, his deep voice rattling my bones. I couldn't resist hearing him out, curse my kind heart.

"You've got five minutes Nott." He immediately smiled and walked closer to me. I put my hand out as far as it could stretch, " Personal space is something I enjoy." He put his arms up in surrender and began to speak.

"If i'm honest the only girl I've been friends with, no strings attached was Pansy; and to be honest we aren't really friends we just say hi occasionally. Since Blaise has basically adopted you, I figured it would make sense for us to have some sort of friendship. Your going to have to teach me though because if what Blaise said was anything to go by I don't have the best way with women."

"Yeah, okay we can be friends." I saw his eyes sparkle and his smile grew so much I noticed he did in fact have dimples.

"So do I get to call you by a nickname or do I have to call you Elizabeth." No way sir. He says it in the voice he definitely uses that voice in bed.

"No I think you can call me Lizzy for now." His smile turned to a smirk ever so slightly but I couldn't be sure. Obviously now thinking back, I see it, not sure what it means but I've noticed.

"Lizzy, I like it." He smiled and stood next to me as we headed back inside. "So Lizzy what plans do you have for today."

"Well Theo I do plan on going to a Motive in like," I checked my watch, "An hour actually." I started to speed up, I'm going to be so late.

"A...motive?" he looked at me confused, "What's a motive? Is that like a muggle thing?"

"I guess its a muggle thing in some aspects. It just another word for a party, its only that when I say party I think of a five year olds birthday party with glitter and people painting each others nails." I could tell he was imagining it as his smile slowly grew into a uncontrollable laugher.
